How to Install Mustang Seats

How to install Ford Performance Logo Recaro seats in a 2018-2023 Mustang. Includes airbag disarming and full installation details. This procedure applies to all Mach 1, Shelby, GT, and Ecoboost Mustangs of the S550 chassis. P/N M-63660005-MF

Do these Recaro seats have seat warmers, as they are leather right?

These do not have warmers, but my understanding is they could be added. They're not a priority to me, but maybe I should look into that... hmmm...

Why don't the seats fit the convertible? What is the difference?

Good question. I suspect there is a difference in rollover protection, or maybe the way the seat belts are anchored?

The Ford Racing RECARO M-63660005-MG fits to the Convertible and Fastback. But the color do not fit to my mustang 😮😢

odd question but my 22' GT has the recaro seats factory, but i wonder if these stock seats can just swap in and still have the features they come with such as heated and cooling and power adjustments ofc

P.S. i'd k!ll (not actually) for those stock seats as they have the grabber blue stitching that my car has

@@RefundIansBirth I still have the factory seats with the blue stitching, but my wife wants me to keep them because she thinks they're more comfortable :) But, maybe we can work something out. I'm located in Nashville, TN. Where are you located?

To clarify: when you say "stock seats," do you mean the non-Recaros?

Short answer: DO IT. These seats are worth every penny. They transformed the whole feel of the car. Trust me on this!

I recall them being a few pounds lighter than the factory seats. Not as significant as I anticipated!
