How do you get vehicle orders?

when you get a weapon through bronze orders. is it just one weapon? or do you unlock it for all troops? (within the faction) im confused.

You'll unlock the weapon and then put it on a squad member. Hope this helps!

I cannot find a way to use the bronze orders, there just isn’t anything I can spend them on in the shop, making them useless.

You can actually use them. If you go to "Perks" you can see the training button and rank up button
