This is VERY helpful! You always show tips that make me think "Yeah, that makes total sense" but for some reason, I hadn't thought of on my own. That is real value added to our everyday User Experience!
Thank you very much for that.

If I have 2 bodies and I add some alignment cylinders to cut the second body to align for assembly, how can I edit the new cut to allow for tolerance?

When I saw this on the full Sunday video, I thought that the Surface workflow might be another way to do it, I tried it and it works. Are there any drawbacks to using surface instead of this way?
Thanks for all your tips and tricks Lars. Loving the new UI by the way.

Awesome tip, I was stuck wanting to do this sort of cut, and the plane cut kept going through other bits I didn't want to cut. Brilliant! 😃

How about splitting a 'sheet-like' part, for example, I am building a model for my PC, and the large panel is 26x26inch, which I have to split into 2 pieces, but then the rigidity seems hard to maintain if I wanna glue the two pieces together. the thickness is about 4mm, which makes it harder to put them together..

Cool idea, though I only appears to work for cubes. A more general idea with a couple more steps would be to duplicate the original body and apply the arbitrary cutout solid first as a cut to one of the original bodies, then apply it using intersection to the second.

It merged part of my original part to the splitting body. How do I unmerge them?
EDIT: Fussed with it for a couple hours, only to come to the conclusion that Fusion does not play well with STEP files. STL files work okay, but some functions will not work on STEP bodies.
