The beauty of yoga Nidra is that time doesn't have the same pressure. A 30-minute Yoga Nidra can feel like 2 hours of rest and, in many cases, it can give your body & mind the benefits of 2 hours of deep rest! So when you feel overwhelmed. Take a Nidra moment to rest, recover, and enhance your cognitive function! Have a wonderful journey! 🖤✨
Thank you, Ayla! This sounds crazy, but I really want to share… So literally about 10 minutes before you posted this, I thought to my Self “I could really use some Yoga Nidra. Maybe I’ll go to Aylas 30-40 min playlist…” And a few minutes later, I open my phone and was notified, in that moment, for this video! Woah! 🤯✨🥰 I’m heading in now!
