I used to train at the old Watchara gym in Bangbon. As I said in another video hit me up I would love to see you visit my current gym its on the outskirts and I am the only foreigner but would be a great local experience for you.
Excellent video! I was mostly mobile with a motorcycle taxi, faster, cheaper, but it is not possible to bring more than one backpack. Disappointed that you won't be able to visit more boxing gyms, and there are also BJJ gyms in town, but I hope you will continue to visit gyms around the world. by the way, it's possible to find a lot of muay thai gyms for only 1,000 baht around Bangkok, and I also was in some boxing gyms that offer privete class 1on1 for 700 baht for an hour. Question: Did you get stomach poisoning from street food?
Thanks so much! Yeah I've switched to motorbike taxis of BTS! I'm usually in Bangkok every couple of months so will be doing a lot more. I think it was from a Thai food takeaway from grab! But who knows 😂
Hi - I usually just use a go pro hero 12 and move it to a different location in between rounds. I’ll use a tripod of mount to get different angle. I always ask the gym before I wack it out but 95% of the time they're happy 👍🏻
@@zeik04 Who really goes to Lampang though? All tourist destinations the prices are double/triple or more. More famous the School/Trainers/Fighters, the more they can charge.
Watchara is also a favorite of mine. Great place, great trainers. Thanks for sharing this video.

Hi i would like to visit watchara gym, do you recommend group session or private? Also for private sess do they provide sparring also?
1150b for less then 2h training is just robbery
Not cheap but pretty standard for the Bangkok gym I've found
@fightervault that's crazy. Here in lampang one private is 300b
Cheap comparing to the US Muay Thai Gym private class. 150-300$ US dollars an hr.
