I really appreciate how the editor displayed a wedding with two women instead of being heteronormative. It's such a small piece of representation, but it was amazing to see! (6:48)
Oh gosh, please stop this. There are enough bots on YT. Idk if you're about or not but you seem like one copy pasting the same basic stuff and the annoying "claim your ticket if you're here in --- hour"
All of this advice is amazing, except perhaps physically touching stuff. I grew up with hoarders and if there's one thing I've learnt across the resources, it's that we keep a lot of pointless stuff because we're sentimental. Touch reaffirms that bond we don't want to have with stuff we don't need. Getting a friend to hold up special stuff so you can maintain both a literal and emotional distance leads to more rational decision making. That said she is AMAZING!! Such a shining personality, so knowledgeable and fun! Huge respect, I'd love to be more like her.
Ah, thanks for this, that helped me realize some stuff for me. A big part of what makes organizing so exhausting for me is feeling that attachment to everything, but when I was moving and a friend was helping, it was way easier to decide on what she was grabbing than what I was.
It's so reassuring to see a professional clean/organise like this! Since I was little, I always used to clean like this, especially when it was the typical depression room. My mom used to yell at me because "it was so chaotic". She meant the many piles I made... Thank you for this. Maybe I can heal a bit of the cptsd, knowing I wasn't wrong. (I'm not saying other ways of cleaning/organising are wrong, but you shouldn't yell at your kid just because they work different than you)
I know Eugene isn't here because of his projects and stuff im assuming ned isn't here because his wife is literally an interior decorator who probably already has everything organized
I reckon that Matt has Eugene on a tight rein when it comes to where everything goes. He just seems like that kind of person but not in an annoying way, more of a "you know that doesn't go there" way.
Imagine if its the opposite and Ned isnt in this video because Ariel has a bunch of house decorating stuff put away in a secret closet somewhere and didnt want to get exposed 😅
Feel like as someone with adhd organized chaos is indeed a thing. Yes it’s messy and chaotic but I know where every one of my brlongings is within the mess! It looks random but I have a spot for everything
I'm super messy but my brother spent an hour looking for a stapler and I walked over, pulled a bag out of a pile and that had the stapler, I had seen it there earlier that week
With organised chaos you may know where certain things are but if it is chaos there’s a lot that you don’t know the place of, or even that you have it. Not saying you have to switch systems, because not even only the switch itself but the upkeep may not be tenable, however if it’s ‘chaos organised’ for example even if everything was messy, *every* item would be in a place, not just some items in a pile of chaos haha. I definitely fall too easily into chaos and then when I go look I didn’t remember I had 90% of the things I do
i think the whole thing about organized chaos is kind of deceiving on it's own tbh (also adhd here) like sure i would know where everything is, but i may not need everything in the pile that is making it chaos the concept of snow drifts where mess just piles up and you start to not see it anymore but it still stresses you out subconsciously I dont think its necessarily always about finding things but also just having a ton of shit you dont need but just dont see anymore
The happiest my little ADHD brain has ever been was when I moved to Europe with just a backpack and left all my stuff in my dad's attic. Didn't miss a single item and I felt so light and free. Went back and cleared my stuff from Dad's attic. I need to get back to that minimalism 🤔
OMG, I thought I was a bad organizer because I put things in different piles, like I do the first step of "make a mess" first, too! And I take breaks and then some back and do more later. I feel so much better about my cleaning style already.
I love that she made them do the actual work because I know from personal experience that if somebody else does it for you, you never learn how to do it for yourself. This could not have shown up on my feed at a better time. I am watching this while I sort through and organize my own things for a cross state move. I've been sorting since last month and was getting serious burnout, but this just gave me the confidence boost that I needed to keep going. So thank you for that. 😀
I would absolutely love if they could bring her back again for more organizing! It’s seriously so satisfying and look at how amazingly the spaces turned out. I love her positive, encouraging vibe!
The value of a professional organizer is that they will help you see your belongings in a different way--and help you see the value of having space. I've used several pro organizers, and it's always eye-opening! Impressed with how Zach and Keith reclaimed their space (physical and mental!)
The idea that ‘there is no organised chaos’ is INCREDIBLY INCORRECT Especially for people with ADHD or autism. The idea of superficial organisation *does not work* on us. I don’t care if there’s a literal sign on the box that says “socks”, I will forget it’s there I don’t care how clear everything is organised, I will forget everything and it will *never* stay that way The only way we can remember where things are is if everything is in view, there’s very specific organisation methods made specifically for ADHD and autism, and most of those take up the mantle of “organised chaos” Typical organisation is visual usually, chaotic organisation is incredibly mental Whichever works is entirely dependant on who you are and how you’re brain is wired
I know Zach was probably just joking, but to answer his question as to why Taysha wasn't organizaing their closets for them is a few things: A) professional home organizers aren't on-call maids, they're more like coaches or teachers assigning homework, B) it's YOUR space that needs to be organized, you know your space and where you want your things, so it makes sense for you to be the one to decide where things go, and C) if she does the cleaning/organizing for you, then you'll be far less likely to make organization and tidiness a habit if you never experience feeling the merits of decluttering firsthand. Again, he was probably joking, I just sensed some frustration-masked-by-humor from him since he made 2 separate comments on the cleaning that sounded passive aggressive to me, and even one of the camera guys told Taysha to ignore Zach.
As a non neurotypical, I feel that maybe a touch of that joking/frustration was anxiety around organizing. Struggling with 'proper' organization and executive function has made me nervous and stressed whenever I dive into it. I push through it but it's not a pleasant experience; I always fear I'll fail, stall or be in over my head. That's why having patient and constructive help is wonderful, but it doesn't erase all the anxiety. A little part of me still always wants to just crawl in a corner and get away from the scary!
Keith; the mentality of "if I can replace it for under $20 in under 20 minutes" from the minimalist, has really helped Me with the "I could use this one day " mentality
This is so relatable. I think I should hire a professional organizer to help me redo my flat! My parents are hoarders so it's been hard to unlearn. That fear and disassociation is sooooo real
Buddy method got me through a declutter/organization pile-up. It helps to get an outside perspective, someone who has no attachment to the things in dire need of tidying. It also changes the vibe of the space. If you dread tidying every time you enter the room, that negative thought builds over time. I made a group chat to enlist my friends to the task! One time, 2 friends came and neither of them touched a thing, I was powering through by myself. They stood there saying: "You got this!"
I started the process of decluttering and spring cleaning just yesterday! Watching this video just makes me want to do more. Recently I've become of the midset less is more when before I had the opposite mindset, and now I want to try and get rid of as many unnecessary things that I've been holding onto for that "one day when I'll possibly, potentially need it" that's never really going to come! It's actually so refreshing and almost like a weight is being lifted off your shoulders because somewhere in the back of your mind you know that you're holding onto things that you will never actually look at until you come around to cleaning once a year!! Absolutely inspiring!
1. I truly thought this would err on being a bit boring but I was wrong ☺️ 2. Taysha is nothing short of DELIGHTFUL 3. As I’m gonna go through a huge life transition/move later this year, BOY did I need this… 4. I know that touching everything was a thing before Marie Kondo, but I’m telling you it WORKS…my most recent move I did as much as a could to rid myself of stuff and did exactly that, and got rid of more stuff than I usually do ❤️❤️❤️
I struggle to keep my things organized and can definitely relate to how hard it is to get tidy when you’ve always been a messy person. Tasha was such a delight in this episode. She’s helped me feel motivated to get my stuff together 😊
A few weeks ago I watched something similar from The Kitchen & Jorn Show and it was hilarious! :D Just wanted to put it out there if you oder someone else likes content like this. :)
omg i love love love keith’s button ups and zach’s colorful pants! i’m glad they got to organize their spaces. it definitely stresses me out if my room isn’t clean. and Taysha was amazing! she seems so cheerful and really good at her job!
Something I love about this vid as opposed to other professional organizer vids is that many involve the organizer doing bulk of the "change" where in the client has an organized home, but many times doesn't have the capacity to keep it organized. This organizer is actually educating the guys and even letting them make the hard decisions, so they're more likely to sustain it in the future.
Honestly it is so encouraging to see the guys live in an imperfect home. Like it is so easy to just put famous people and big TH-camrs on a pedestal and go "well their lives are perfect". Thank you for showing us the parts of your lives that aren't scripted, edited and perfected. As a messy person I really appreciate it.
I just love Taysha!!! She looks like someone I wouldn’t worry about helping me “organize” by making me throw everything I love out in the trash!! The work was done by the guys rather than by Taysha. She was a guide and the ultimate professional. Loved this so much. I’m watching it again with my adult autistic son. I really think he could follow it. It’s what I’ve asked him to do. I’m so excited!!!
Honestly preffered this organization video WAY more than the cleaning up zach's office video from a while back. A lot of meeting them where they are, helping them make their own changes by giving advice and came across way less judgy in this one. [No offense to previous video] The progress was amazing >w
I hate the sponsor of this video, but I love you guys, so I watched it and followed the link. I do all my own taxes. I suffer because I want tax prep companies to fail so they can't keep lobbying against taxes reform that would allow us to never have to do our taxes again. The IRS already knows what you owe. In this age of technology, it could all be automated. End Rant. This video was incredibly helpful, though! My home is not organized at all, and after having a kid, we introduced more stuff. I'm going to incorporate these tips into my spring cleaning.
I'm pausing to make a comment about garages, Keith. My grandfather was in the computer/TV repair industry. He lived with my grandmother in a place with a double garage (I think they built it themselves). When he died, I was 1 of 3 people who spent a good week cleaning out his things. Most of the stuff in the garage was from when he worked, but he also had various hobbies and projects and even made some work tables with electronics fitted to them (which we donated to a local mens shed). We threw about 25 cubic metres worth of stuff (about 880 cubic feet for you Americans) that week. That's not including everything that was donated or inherited, or we just didn't get a chance to remove. It was a LOT. My grandmother can finally actually park a car in the garage for the first time in however many years. Don't make your garage your dumping ground, is the takeaway message here. Also, storage solutions are nice. I've moved so many times (Australian teacher life) and only just got myself proper storage for my tools during this move. Also got rid of a half-missing screwdriver set and bought a fancy one that has a stand. It sits in my kitchen, because yolo.
I really appreciate Taysha for guiding them through the process and giving them tips and tricks, but she didn't do it *for* them. she gave them the tools and the chance to learn to do it themselves in the way that made sense to their brains. and her tips make organizing in this way really accessible for someone who can't afford to have a professional come in to also achieve a similar result
I really like Zach’s style change over the years. He’s gone from “New York hipster that moved to LA to pursue art” to “established and settled down 30 year old”

Yup. I'm constantly going through stuff. Two mini hoarder kids, I go through the markers every week to get rid of the dried out ones. They want to keep them forever. 🥴
Making content around household chores that wouldn't get done otherwise. I approve 👍
Honestly it's so weird how much I enjoyed it. Like...... literally all we did was watch two grown men finally do chores they hadn't got to.
Maybe if I pretend I’m shooting a video like this I can actually get things like this done around my house
@@kathybryar06 you're probably joking, but that actually helps a lot! i have adhd and pretending i'm making a video or helping someone else makes it way easier :)
i’m super high right now but i just realized these guys are geniuses like they’re literally making content and profiting from just doing regular daunting tasks. this is so productive lmfao
I love how Bowie gently took the toothbrush from Zach like he does it all the time.
Bowie stole the show! 🥰
Time stamp?

I really appreciate how the editor displayed a wedding with two women instead of being heteronormative. It's such a small piece of representation, but it was amazing to see! (6:48)
Your consistency and quality of content never disappoints!
i see you everywhere copy pasting this same comment, oof
Oh gosh, please stop this. There are enough bots on YT.
Idk if you're about or not but you seem like one copy pasting the same basic stuff and the annoying "claim your ticket if you're here in --- hour"
They’re the best at including their ads in an easy to watch way
they legit try recycling the same content over and over agin cuz they dont have ideas.
not a hater just a fact. think im wrong? look at their growth.
Taysha’s energy was what I needed this morning.
Her energy is PERFECT for golden retriever Keith & chaotic Zach.
6:31 are we gonna talk about the fact Bowie possesses more politeness, poise and gentleness than most smaller children? No? ..okay
Bowie stole the show! 🥰
Well, that is a low bar. Children are all monsters
When he said “and if you got married” and they put a pic of a lesbian couple getting married!!! That made my day ❤️
I loved her. She has good humor and great personality
I’m so sorry that i have to ask this, but can I know what kinda project he’s working on? Im a new fan so really sorry that i asked! 😰
@@andreathanify that's okay! he's working on a novel and other passion projects. he talks about it more in ep. 136 of the trypod. 😊
@@nadiar.4638 She does, actually. But it's a storage unit, not in their house.
I definitely fall too easily into chaos and then when I go look I didn’t remember I had 90% of the things I do
i think the whole thing about organized chaos is kind of deceiving on it's own tbh (also adhd here)
like sure i would know where everything is, but i may not need everything in the pile that is making it chaos
the concept of snow drifts where mess just piles up and you start to not see it anymore but it still stresses you out subconsciously
I dont think its necessarily always about finding things but also just having a ton of shit you dont need but just dont see anymore
The happiest my little ADHD brain has ever been was when I moved to Europe with just a backpack and left all my stuff in my dad's attic. Didn't miss a single item and I felt so light and free. Went back and cleared my stuff from Dad's attic. I need to get back to that minimalism 🤔
I'd say keep 4 of the flame retardant suits. In case the try guys need them.
Four for the Try Guys, two for the other members of Lewberger. Two spare in case something happens to them.
i feel like she matched their energy so well, i love it
zach’s living room looks like it came from pinterest. great job maggie!!!!!!!
Note the neatly spread joint rolling tray on the ottoman. Nice
I've been wanting a home reveal since Zach + Maggie and Keith+Becky bought homes. I guess this is the closest we are getting.
for Keith's house u should check out the Eugene's babysitting their cat video!
@@kolokola1872 You're right! I've seen the video but didn't notice it was in the new house.
OMG, I thought I was a bad organizer because I put things in different piles, like I do the first step of "make a mess" first, too! And I take breaks and then some back and do more later. I feel so much better about my cleaning style already.
Her sense of humour is awesome and she gets along with everyone so well, even Bowie! So cute.
As someone who has bad depression, just finally tidying up an cleaning my room just boosts my emotions up so much!
Taysha: “But why?”
Keith, doubting everything: “Uhh…”
I love that she made them do the actual work because I know from personal experience that if somebody else does it for you, you never learn how to do it for yourself.
This could not have shown up on my feed at a better time.
I am watching this while I sort through and organize my own things for a cross state move.
I've been sorting since last month and was getting serious burnout, but this just gave me the confidence boost that I needed to keep going. So thank you for that. 😀
One: I want to pet Bowie so hard!
Two: the fact that they used a lesbian couple for the marriage stock photo made me happy!
What's the timestamp?

@@quinnton7985 thank you 😁
“If you move the wallet to the wallet spot, it’s lost” wow I felt that😅
Taysha is straight up hilarious and I love her laugh!
honestly my favorite expert they've brought on. taysha is adorable
Love this expert!! So glad the try guys found her rather than go with someone who doesn't need more promo like the home edit or marie kondo !
Someone less known is also cheaper to have in a video.
@@slouberiee but she's just as effective
Taysha is so bright and friendly-I loved seeing her help the guys get their houses organized!!
ah yes my two favorite things: the Try Guys and Organization. Never clicked a video faster!
Same!!!
I can't get over Bowie just calmly taking the toothbrush 😂😭
I love the advice of you don’t need 4 days in a row but one a month but the focus on making time rather than focusing on having no time
Keith’s mindset is the same as my mothers: keep everything cause you never know when you’re going to need it. Lol
Keith talking about how he can't get rid of the old faucet, the dad energy is OFF THE CHARTS
I would absolutely love if they could bring her back again for more organizing! It’s seriously so satisfying and look at how amazingly the spaces turned out. I love her positive, encouraging vibe!
I love that you showed a wlw marriage. A simple thing that made me smile hehe
i literally had to rewind to make sure I saw it right I was so excited!!
Me too!!
“Get it done, have more fun” needs to be on a merch shirt!!!! I WILL BUY IT
The value of a professional organizer is that they will help you see your belongings in a different way--and help you see the value of having space. I've used several pro organizers, and it's always eye-opening! Impressed with how Zach and Keith reclaimed their space (physical and mental!)
Honestly I was not expecting this video to be as funny and interesting as it is, I love the chemistry between the organizer and the guys
The idea that ‘there is no organised chaos’ is INCREDIBLY INCORRECT
Especially for people with ADHD or autism. The idea of superficial organisation *does not work* on us. I don’t care if there’s a literal sign on the box that says “socks”, I will forget it’s there
I don’t care how clear everything is organised, I will forget everything and it will *never* stay that way
The only way we can remember where things are is if everything is in view, there’s very specific organisation methods made specifically for ADHD and autism, and most of those take up the mantle of “organised chaos”
Typical organisation is visual usually, chaotic organisation is incredibly mental
Whichever works is entirely dependant on who you are and how you’re brain is wired
Keith is so relatable lol because thats exactly why I keep stuff I should prob dispose of lol
Bowie taking the toothbrush is my favourite part of this episode
I started the process of decluttering and spring cleaning just yesterday! Watching this video just makes me want to do more. Recently I've become of the midset less is more when before I had the opposite mindset, and now I want to try and get rid of as many unnecessary things that I've been holding onto for that "one day when I'll possibly, potentially need it" that's never really going to come! It's actually so refreshing and almost like a weight is being lifted off your shoulders because somewhere in the back of your mind you know that you're holding onto things that you will never actually look at until you come around to cleaning once a year!! Absolutely inspiring!
1. I truly thought this would err on being a bit boring but I was wrong ☺️
2. Taysha is nothing short of DELIGHTFUL
3. As I’m gonna go through a huge life transition/move later this year, BOY did I need this…
She’s helped me feel motivated to get my stuff together 😊
the try guys: the only people in the world who can make a video about organizing funny asf
Keith is literally a hoarder of the smallest degree lmao
Something I love about this vid as opposed to other professional organizer vids is that many involve the organizer doing bulk of the "change" where in the client has an organized home, but many times doesn't have the capacity to keep it organized. This organizer is actually educating the guys and even letting them make the hard decisions, so they're more likely to sustain it in the future.
I cannot explain how happy this made me! I love organizing and seeing the before and after of a cluttered space.
It doesn't matter if you're a hoarder or a minimalist. Throwing away the first thing is always a hard step. Very happy for the the guys to embrace it.
For me, the timing in this video is impeccable because I’m cleaning out my closet today because I’m moving out on Tuesday😅
Respect moments✨🤚

Zach’s style is getting better and better and I’m loving itttt, I was actually close to buying those color blocked pants myself
I would like a t-shirt or a hoodie with " Get it done, have more fun" on them lol it would be a nice reminder
I love that you showcased a black organizer!
I'm ordering my husband a red coverall right now. Keith you have never looked better. 😉
