Join my program, Transform Flipper Academy, to learn to flip houses the right way. As a house flipper of 6 years, I've flipped over 50 houses with a six-figure profit on average. I hope to teach more people about the ins and outs of house flipping so they can get out of the rat race and achieve financial freedom like I did. Apply here:

I would leave the hedges along the walkway. They look great. Also, hedges can help conceal packages from porch pirates.

Nice to see an older home where the owners obviously cared and maintained it. Looking forward to seeing the after.

For a small house (where I live in Utah USA it's small) the original floor plan feels very spacious. It's well designed and you've made it even better.
As other commenters have written, it's a pleasant surprise that you've been able to buy such a well-maintained home that's so nice and clean. We're in the process of buying a pristine brick home that was built in 1964 that we feel very fortunate to have found because almost all of the other homes we've looked at in our price range have been tired and dirty inside. (New houses are so cheaply built now so we wanted to buy a solidly built, older home.)

After dealing with the Jumanji house and the orchid house, it must be a relief not to have to undertake major landscaping

The existing laundry room is a waste of space, you said (and showed). I agree that creating another bathroom there adds value. Would you consider placing a proper entry on the other side of that space where the window is now located? It would eliminate stepping directly into the living room at the front door, a feature which I associate with entry level homes. There might even be enough space to run a short hallway extension straight back to connect with the front leg of the bedroom hallway. This would reduce traffic through the living room itself. I don’t know if this would add value, but I think it would make the living room more comfortable and less trafficked. I would center a larger window (lower sill) on the front wall. I live on the Peninsula and am enjoying your project videos.

It is lovely, especially when compared to your normal run down flips. Looking forward to your ideas being implemented. I can see the potential.

That’s a really well cared for house, lovely to see. I’d keep the pathway hedges since they are really short but I agree with you on the other one in front. I can’t wait to see the renovated house.

On this house please don't use generic finishs for the bathrooms. Make sure for your mirrors that it's an integrated storage cabinet as well, a house of this size deserves lots of storage and luxury.

I would take out all of the hedges, large and small, out front. They’re too old and ugly.
