Even with the dead grass the front facade looked better. Why do you always destroy the character of the front. 99% of the houses you work on come out with zero character. Make the outside match the inside work.
It turned out lovely as usual. I really like the wall color you chose. It looks like a very pale color. Very pretty backyard too. It really looks timeless with the gold and traditional touches.
Great flip, Elisa! I miss your videos! Please post more videos. Here are some subject ideas for you: How are high interest rates affecting you and your flipping business? Is the slowing real estate market causing a lot of uncertainty for you? How are you coping? Have you considered flipping commercial real estate or converting commercial property to residential property? I see that this is happening a lot in large cities like NYC. Have you considered hiring people to help you (assistants, labor crew for demos, painters, etc.)? How do you incentivize the people you work with? Do you advertise for houses, to reach buyers directly? Has your TH-cam channel helped you with your business? I think a Q & A episode would be really interesting. Thank you so much for you content...you do an excellent job and I really enjoy watching your channel.
Thanks for the suggestions and support! I'll definitely consider those topics for future videos. Stay tuned for more content, and I appreciate you being part of the channel!
You did another amazing job on this house! I love the work that you put into your renovations! Your contractors are also amazing. They do wonderful work. I have to give them a lot of credit as well. The finishes really suit this house. I can’t wait for the next renovation. lol
What a stunning home!! Who does all your carpentry work? Would you ever be willing to film some of the renovation process? For instance, it would have been interesting to see the construction of the coffered ceilings.
I notice the black door "knobs" but brass/gold cabinet pulls. I think I would have gone with gold door knobs. Very beautiful! AND we have missed your videos!
I LOVE the paint you used on the inside! The master bedroom is gorgeous with the natural light pouring in. What paint did you use, please? I would love to paint my new home the same color!!
I agree, brass fixtures can be really beautiful if it's used strategically and cohesively throughout the home! I've seen some gorgeous flips where they used brass throughout and it looked so modern and glamorous! But if it's just randomly used throughout, it tends to look cheap. Love how you used it here!
I love that you took in consideration the design of a Cape Cod. Also, like the two tone cabinetry. I am disappointed you took out the wisteria vine, though. I think it would've added charm.
Happy to see that you chose golden accents for the kitchen, it really suits this house very well and make it looks sophisticated; I would like to see you try a royal blue or navy blue for the lower cabinets. Fantastic renovation overall, excellent job!
i do not like mixed hardware personally. so the bathrooms are not my taste. but i do like the gold/brass in this house because it looks good with the light and airy feel and light wood.
Really nicely done, the accents in this house make more unique (the gold accents, the shiplap, the new fireplace)...awesome. I'm just sad to see how beautiful plants get removed...the Westeria and flowered bush at the front give it a nice charm, adds some color and character as well as some privacy if you actually want to sit outside. Now it looks more generic from the outside :(
Everything was done so well! Congrats on your success. The only thing I would have done differently is the stair railing. Looks like a few pairs of 2x4 boards loosely put together. Perhaps a metal railing with round spokes that go directly into the floor would have looked amazing!
Awesome job. I love your trademark chevron kitchen backsplash and light wood color vinyl flooring. I will say that i think that gray/blue bottom cabinets are prettier than the ones that you went with this time. Have you considered doing chevron style flooring for your future flip?
Your designs are always thoughtful and tasteful, but I'm puzzled by the bland builder-grade flush mount lights you put into the bedrooms. Are you expecting them to be changed out, making it pointless to invest more? The dining room and bathroom light fixtures are much higher quality.

What color and sheen did you use for your walls
What wall color and sheen did you use? Would honey Meade by ll flooring compliment?

I bet the sellers of the houses you flip cry abundantly after seeing the transformations. Every home you flip turns out beautifully! ❤
I’m glad to see the bushes in the front are all gone. Lovely home.
this one is probably my favorite transformation! it's so modern and clean looking.

Beautiful renovation on this house. You breathed new life into this house that is bound to become a beloved family home.
It feels so clean and airy. I love everything you did to bring it into the future and give it new life.
I like how considered you were with the architecture designs, it looks really great!
Amazing transformation, inside and out! I can absolutely see why there was a bidding war! ❤️
The frontage transformation was really good too!
This flip is one of your best flips, so amazing. The new owner will surely have a happy and bountiful life here. Congrats!

Two light sconces on either side of the bathroom mirror - much better for doing your makeup than a single light above
This house is beautiful! You did a wonderful job with the renovation. Love watching your videos and seeing how you transform the homes!
The house came out so beautiful!

Beautiful flip! Loved how large and airy the master bedroom is. Entire house is gorgeous.
I love your house flips ❤

Gorgeous as always!
i love the after transformations!!!!!!!! stunning!!!!
Thank you!

Best yet!

Nice clean lines. Bright and airy

so beautiful!
Beautiful job as always still waiting on Jumanji 😂😂😂😂

Sadly, younger buyers want less maintenance and more visibility. You have to work with what your target market wants
Love the dining room chandelier 😊 but the Wisteria vine at the front would have taken years to grow, a crime to cut it down 😢
Love it!!! I think this is my favorite ❤️

What brand/color did you use for the living room paint and the vinyl floors? I love watching your house flips for ideas for my primary home. 😊
Awesome job. I love your trademark chevron kitchen backsplash and light wood color vinyl flooring.
I will say that i think that gray/blue bottom cabinets are prettier than the ones that you went with this time.
Have you considered doing chevron style flooring for your future flip?
Beautiful ❤
Beautiful re-do. I thought the backyard alone cost 150k. There was a ton of work done back there.
Love it❤
Beautiful home. Which white did you use for exterior and interior of home?
Your designs are always thoughtful and tasteful, but I'm puzzled by the bland builder-grade flush mount lights you put into the bedrooms. Are you expecting them to be changed out, making it pointless to invest more? The dining room and bathroom light fixtures are much higher quality.
Lovely content. How do u save on tittle transfer and registration costs? If there is a way.
What wall color and sheen did you use? Would honey Meade by ll flooring compliment?
I live in San Francisco and it's extremely difficult to find "deals" (say under market value for 10-25%). Any tips about this? Thanks!
What’s the exterior color?
hi
While I like the curb appeal, I hate that you lose square footage of usable front lawn.
Like like like like like like
I really love your interior renovations but I find the outside spaces rather unappealing.
Really “snot” green carpet how disgusting
