Just so that I don’t have to keep responding to the same thing. I know others used this with wetline/eco but I personally wanted to try it alone. I already know if I used one of those gels I would’ve liked it because those gels work with anything I pair it with. Your content is amazing, but I do have some feedback especially based on this comment. The activator needs a gel with it for best results, you are saying you rather use your creams with a gel but haven’t tried this with a gel so that doesn’t make sense. Most people still use a cream as a base for moisture then add the activator and a gel. All I am saying is if you are gonna say you prefer a creme then gel for wash n gos at least give the activator the same comparison.
I just purchased these products for the first time 2 days ago and my curls are popping. I had 3 people mentioned that they thought my hair was cute today.
I tried these products last weekend with awesome results. However, I did not care for the “masculine “ scent of the product. I also followed it up with the wet line gel.
I love masculine smells for some reason lol. After using it I do see how it could work really good under Wetline. I guess acting more as a moisturizer rather than a gel. Maybe next time
I had the same issue with the smell so I got Hawaiian Silky gel activator. It's the exact same type of activator like s curl minus the smell. Def a game changer

The xtreme gel is part of the process and you used additional products no one else has done on TH-cam . I tried it with gel and it did define my curls.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it but the spray is more of a reactivator for Day 2 hair and use the gel alone on day 1. Either way wetline is better for hold also Aunt Jackie's grapeseed gel!
I used to use the spray and gel as a combo when my hair is short so that’s why I just tried it again lol. My hair loved these two back then 😂 I’ve been meaning to get some aunt Jackie’s products 👀 I didn’t like their flaxseed gel. It made my hair too hard

This is the first time seeing someone with highlights in their hair and it actually looks like “lights” like your hair looks like you have christmas string lights surrounding the rest of the color and its so pretty.
When I see the word gel activator, it makes me think it goes hand and hand with a gel to help activate curls. Can you try it with another gel to see how your definition comes out?
Really love how your hair came out. But I get it. It’s typically better to have super defined and more shrunken results day 1 and just let your hair get bigger. Also! You’re so pretty and I love your smile! 🥰

Probably because I always wear wigs and while growing up. I always wore braids and sew ins. My real hair is never out long enough to try it. Lol. I am tempted now after watching your results. 😍
Yeah , you have beautiful hair! you take excellent care of it, I have trouble managing my nappy curls once it begins to grow it starts to matte together if I don't put heavy quantities of product on it so I had to cut it all off and now I'm trying it again hopefully I get results like your beautiful curls 😁💚

But i agree it is PILLOW SOFT. Maybe try it with a gel that works well for you . you will receive definition and pillow soft curls simultaneously.
I tried just the small activator jar paired with eco style gel(which normally doesmt work on my hair). I have 4B/4C hair. This combo worked wonders for me. My hair does not retain moisture and this product kept my hair moisturized and soft...not crunchiness. I could move my head and my hair would actually MOVE(no more stiffness, lol). Maybe try it again without being skimpy on the product.b
I think that if you would have put enough product on your hair it might have worked better. It was as if you were afraid it use it. Everyone I saw used it put more products on their hair. They were not afraid of using it.
I love this product however I use the clear gel hold firm and never used the spray my hair is a medium fair texture . Your hair to me to me could use more moisturizer and try the clear gel. 👏🏾❣️

I don’t mean to sound like a broken record lol but I did a wash n go with this yesterday and I ended up pairing it with wetline because it wasn’t giving me the definition (it wasn’t really doing much of anything alone) I was looking for. It paired great with wetline for me and that’s probably the only way I’ll use this product. I also used a creamy leave-in, and a little bit of oil, so idk if that contributed to the results. My hair is poppin tho!
Hazel Goddesss I know it’s a lot lol I’m high porosity, so I have to really lock in that moisture or else my hair will be dried out by the end of the day, it’s annoying lol but def try the wetline/s-curl combo. I would love to see your results!
Your hair looks like it should have coiled nicely but u used oil on dry hair then added products that should have penatrated the shaft...that spray just sat on top. I bet it would have been really nice if had done it on freshly washed & dried hair.
I definitely understand. I feel like it wouldn’t do anything extra for me though if I used my wetline lol I could just easily grab one of my fav creams if I want soft curls cause it doesn’t help with definition. But overall for this quick wash and go it was cool. Didn’t last as long though 😒

The gel activator is more of a moisturizer than a styler. So it’s best used under a regular gel.

My aunt has hair almost down to her butt and it worked really well for her hair. We used a few tubs of if lol but it made her curls pop!!

Long Aid activator is better in my opinion because of the thicker consistency.... always works wonders!
