    Thank you for your very clear explanation and illustration. In the middle of this Corona virus situation you have helped me to diagnose my foot injury in the absence of any available GP visits.

    Hi Doctor I had my sesamoid bone broken back in 2011 ,The one that lies between the big toe and the second toe. i started feeling pain in that area but i never knew till a year passed , the therapist requested an MRI scan and stated that i had fibrosis around the sesamoid bone then he told me to use that walking boot... but when nothing changed he told me to use a Silicone pad in my shoe. i had the pain gone but ever since the toe started to feel like a lack of support and i feel spasm of the muscle i the arch of the foot . I am really really confused specially that I have visited another doctor and he stated that my sesamoid bone not fractured

    Dr please i have sesamoiditis on my right foot , doctor injected me with cortisone in that bone , hurts like hell , he said if it didn’t work you will get surgery, scared please help
