Ah, sounds very true-to-character. Though I suppose at least he was useful given he essentially became a vehicle, which is better than what he normally does.
fun fact: his charm works on anyone now in JP, which also removing their buffs (thank you 5th anni buff) so he's not totally useless now... just gotta 2 years for it to come to NA now XD

It’s okay! At the end of the day, the important thing is to grail your favourite servants, no matter how effective or not they are in game. At least, that’s what my grailed Boudica is telling me...
He is nowhere as bad as geronimo. Phantom can at least provide stars and sometimes his charm hits... while geronimo doesnt contribute at all to the team
Hmmm...I actually quite like Geronimo's NP (which admittedly he can never access) and trying to find someway to make his skills works. Phantom's JP buff certainly makes it a more competitive atmosphere between the two. I can only hope they buff Geronimo one day
@@SuneDunes yes his quick buff is a joke and with his low hit counts his arts buff isnt so good either but at least it buffs his np... but then again its on 7-5 turn cooldown and lasts one turn. And as i said geronimo doesnt contribute much to the team the only thinh he has is a weak heal on his np that theres no way he'll spam. His kit is of a selfish damage dealer but he cant deal damage/loop/generate stars
How come he never dies even though I actively want him dead? I got Ceasar's third skill and Lu Bu’s third skill fully decked on his ass yet he somehow dodges every crit known to man and lives to turn 9.

Both of them are worthy, though I would say Gilles at least has the Buster buff to make his damage output...interesting, especially if it’s maxed
It was an admittedly difficult decision. Both Servants work exceptionally hard to be deserving of the title - but Benkei's 1-turn Taunt meant the Phantom just about won out in the end, though both would be well-deserving winners. @@SuneDunes the thing is Phantom is an easy NP5 at least, bringing his NP to at least usable levels as Ventosx shows. Caster Gilles is story locked, so a lot of players don't even have him NP2. I don't think theres really any question.

You pop his skills to potentially gain a free turn and on-death CE activation, again enemies who can one-shot him he is potentially useful. Leonidas ad St George are still better though. Phantom is useful for setting up setups that rely on debuffs. 6 turn -50% debuffs resist is no a joke.
