- Actors Kumail Nanjiani and Zoe Kazan, who play a couple in the new movie “The Big Sick,” sit down with the TODAY anchors to talk about the real-life love story behind the film. Nanjiani, who co-wrote with movie with his wife Emily Gordon, also explains how it helps people relate to each other. “We have more in common that we don’t,” he said.

The geographical location where Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka is actually a subcontinent and the 'standardised' name of that subcontinent is 'Indian subcontinent'. We also have a common culture among us with some differences based on how far the region is from one to another and that culture is known as 'desi' culture, no one in India or Pakistan would refute that.

It's actually a good movie, I like Kumail in Silicon Valley, but never paid too much attention to him until I watched The Lovebirds, I started check it out his other works and I now I understand why Marvel wants him in their movies. He is very talented actor an comedian and I hope he gets even more successful.

The Kazans are originally Greeks from the actual Turkey. Peoples there (not only Greeks or Turks, but also Armenians, Iranians, ...) have long nose.
