I love this. As I am creating it, I realized that the this spread becomes even more useful for me if I use post-its (especially for the 1 hour, 2 days and 3 weeks sections of the spread). I am not a huge fan of having to create similar lists over and over again, so with post-its I can refer back to the same few pages for the whole duration of my journal.

Love this video. I have a hard time keeping up with goals so I'm glad you share your experience. I'll try this way out when setting up my 2022 journal.

Useful video. This a very good exercise suggested by Ryder in his book. I see the 3 2 1 level as an exercise to learn how to align tasks in the monthly logs and daily logs to my long term goals (5 -4). Every month I check 5 and 4 to make sure are still relevant, and then I put new 3 2 1 tasks in my next Monthly Log and current Daily Log.

Hi Samuele, glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks for sharing, I do the same as part of my monthly planning process. 321 in the monthly log and align monthly goals/tasks to 5 and 4 goals. Infact, I have done exactly that in my July planning video which I just published today. Would love to hear your thoughts on the process if you get the chance to view it.

Hi Raksha, I hope everything is going great with you and your family! I was watching this youtube video the other day, and I decided to buy the Ikagai book. I already have The Bullet Journal Method; anyway, I received the Ikagai book today and I love it so far. Thank you for your books recommendations and your youtube channel, I love it!!!!!!. Enjoy your evening! Frances

I really should organise my goals. Thanks for making this video, hopefully I can do something similar with my goals, you never know, by doing that I might actually get something done.

Making presents for each other? That can be tricky. ;) How about a special long-living fruitful tree you pot up yourself, in a decirative pot. Like a lemon, olive, bay laurel or snow apple? Or rose,
