Thanks for the video. One thing you almost always miss is how well the blade is held. i.e. does not wiggle in the holder. Here in Australia I have a similar design marketed as Kinchrome, It has a similar pivoting blade holder but mine pivots from the front and has a clip over the top that holds the blade and the pivoting panel in place. It has zero wiggle of the blade as I use it for some precision work and a sloppy blade would not work.
I like the particular design that I have started carrying it in my pocket as an EDC knife rather than a pocket knife. I have modified the knife slightly, removing the clip and the one handed opening stud (which only ever gave me blisters the way I had the knife also the clip has a small protruding tab which used to stick out I have folded it down flat). When it is in my pocket it is kept in a simple slip in leather sleeve. I have bought several for home and shop and as I find other styles around the shop I either bin them or if they are in good condition give them away to people who are not as demanding about the design as I am. All the best

Exactly, it's a great entry level knife. However, my personal tastes have advanced beyond it a bit. Still one of the best value knives around though.

Actually, I have had nothing but bad luck with all of the push-button quick-change knives I've had. They simply wear out & break!

I like the safety of these I got milwaukeee and other brands but nothing can beat the safety of a lockback. And even the blade lock might be a little safer than the button I dont think it's a entry level knife at all. It's a wicked utility knife at a cheap price most contractors and construction guys are going to beat the heck on these and if it breaks buy another one for 10$

I just found one of these in an old tool box (from 2010 I believe) and can remember using it all the time in my lab at work. But I was playing with it and there was so much wiggle in the blade. I don't know how I tolerated it back then. I'm currently carrying around the Kobalt PackSlider utility knives, which are pretty cool for a 4 dollar compact knife.

I found when closing the razor edge is safer if you hold The mechanism that holds the razor and just simply push the handle to it. That way you're in total control, the Blade, End

It didn’t give any changing blade instructions?

There is an instruction on the packaging as well on the blade door itself. What was not given in the package was the instruction on how to fold the knife itself. Im glad i checked the video.

Be careful. The latest version (2024) of this knife has the backing material behind the blade replaced with really cheap cast aluminum. It can break under lateral pressure, ejecting the blade. You may want to skip this one.

Don't like these ones. Their older ones were much better.

@@TheTruckGuy I don't know the model number but it's the previous version that has the quick release button.
