I have been to Mombasa more than 20 years ago as a seafarer, we stayed there for about 15 days, I visited the Tsavo National Park and saw a lot of wild animals, it is really a good experience, I love Kenya.
This was a really fun video to watch and I learned a lot about the food and culture of the amazing country that is Kenya. What a great trip. Keep it up.
I'm going to Mombasa in a few weeks so this and your other videos were an excellent taster, so to speak, of my visit. I love street food so I'm signing up to this for sure. Mombasa really reminds me of Melaka in terms of looks and food. I real mixture of food and cultures. I can't wait.
Hi Jason, I'm very fond of your videos that are always very documented. Anywhere you go you make me discover nice countries and their people. You don't only show places and monuments but also people and their way of living that is very interesting. Keep going and "bravo". Laurent (from France).
@Ali Chaabane Diani Beach has been voted as the Best beach in Africa 2 times in a row. Its an untapped heaven, white sandy beaches, blue clear water perfect for snorkelling, you can go into Wasini island and swim with dolphins. Honestly,Africa is underatted, but the people who know about these gems will always visit again and again.
Sorry about your files getting corrupted. that's a real shame mate. Same thing happened to me at work lol But I'm glad you're still showing us great content.
That coastal heat really has you in its grip huh? Lol. Enjoy the coast. Best food ever. You've inspired me to make a trip back home during Ramadhan for the food
Am here in the comment section because of Munira's voice. Why lie, its giving me life. 😍 I think am falling in love. 😎 I didn't get the fast talking girl's name though, I'll just call her 'London Bridge'. 😆 Jk! You guides are so cool, they really did justice to your tour of Mombasa. Good job guys, Jason, Karibu tena Kenya! 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪.
@@JasonBillamTravel I’m curious is there robbery, scammer or mugger at the Nairobi airport arrival area ? I will be arriving at 7pm at night next month . People been telling me bad story about Kenya crime rate and I’m pretty concerned I don’t wanna waste my air ticket .
There was actually a lot of great content missing, but I’m glad it felt that way. I’m still mourning the loss of those clips - I had sleepless nights over them!
Nice video good quality, what are the names of the place you guys were at in Mombasa. I never know where to go when am in Mombasa. Please could mention by names the places
The only reason I am on this channel now, is I actually dreamed of it last night.... Weird I know.... So was just checking it out.... Just curious, but does this place flood at times??..that was part of a dream too. Never been to mumbasa, had to look it up to see where it was at!
Hi, are you still in Kenya, will you be going to Lamu? My aunt lived there many years ago, and is buried on the island. i was never able to visit. Would be great to see you wandering around Lamu, it would be as if i was there.
Jason: I've decided to throw caution to the wind and travel to Nairobi in spite of Covid. I've scheduled a flight after the rainy season. I will be there for a couple of weeks. Can you recommend a safe, inexpensive Airbnb near downtown but not in the downtown area, so I don't need a Uber each time I leave. Not looking for a high end residential Airbnb; I'm vacationing on a budget. Also can you recommend a tour guide. I plan to visit Mombasa, but, keep my Airbnb in Nairobi until I leave. I surely appreciate any assistance you extend on my first trip to Nairobi. It has been highly recommended to contact you through your video. I've been looking forward to this trip to Nairobi and Mombasa for quite some time and can't wait to try ugali. Thank you in advance for any assistance you extend; it will be greatly appreciated.
