    To help the arthritis watch what you eat and avoid these much as possible. Cocoa, nightshades, (potatoes etc) fermented food like pickles, wine and cold cuts. after about a week you will feel so much better. Great video thank you.

    You made me laugh! Really, this is how we truly bake: I don't have enough of this, I have a little too much of that, awww heck, just empty the container to make it a little choclatier (sp). But who has the time to use a scale? Sift everything and spoon it into the cups? I don't, and it doesn't make that much difference. THANK YOU for being real!

    Can I know if the rice flour you used is rosted or unrosted?

    • @wholesome.heartfelt
      @wholesome.heartfelt  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I couldn’t tell you.
      I’ve never roasted my flours when I make them or does it say roasted on the bag

    • @shanalifernando4193

      @@wholesome.heartfelt Thank you for replying. I think it's better to rost the flour as it takes out moisture and will make it less clumpy. What you buy must be rosted. Thanks once again.

    Arthritis is horrid, I've got rheumatoid. It affects my hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, wait, it affects pretty much everything but my hips. Then the fibromyalgia gets my muscles, so I couldn't do that mixing your doing. Hand blender helps when I can stand it but my kitchenaid saves me. I also have a cuisinart bread machine for any kind of dough I have to mix, knead and rise. I bake everything in my oven, I find it turns out way better that way than in the bread machine. Been looking for a gluten free cake recipe that doesn't taste like dog treats and this one looks great!. Thank you for this video ☺. Hope your doing ok during this cold weather. The cold isn't so bad for me, it's the dampness that makes me feel like the tin man after he's been sitting on the bottom of a lake for too long.

    Hi...for your arthritis hands read Lynn Farrow's book The Iodine Crisis. Check out Dr. David Brownstein. Try getting off gluten for three weeks if u haven't already.

    I freaking love you right now lol I made the cocoa version and added pumpkin spice to it because it’s for a younger male who can’t eat gluten and it came out AMAZING Delicious and I made him a small personal size and I tasted the crumbs after cooling and cutting off the top and now I want to make more for myself lol let you know how it goes tomorrow at thanksgiving dinner.

      Thank you.
      Truth be told. I am not a big fan of videos like that. If wanted to watch that I would watch a tv cooking show.
      On TH-cam I want to see cooking. I try and show things as I want to see them.

    Superb, riveting, try a tsp or two of pure edible almond oil (don't make the oil at home, please buy the certified stuff) for your arthritis, make your joints supple; try a tsp or two of warm pure edible coconut oil for anything nerve / brain related....
