In this video we traveled from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan. It was a great relaxing first day in Koh Phangan and was probably the most authentic place that we have been so far in Thailand.

Hello all from Koh Phangan. There are 4 different ferry companies connecting the islands. Always pay on the day, not online as this allows you flexibility. He would not have needed to wait 4 hours, just go to another pier! See you all soon!

Chris, it's funny how you say, "Pretty beautiful, here, right?" while showing Carol .... you've done that on other videos as well & know what? You've been right every time, doesn't matter the place. You also get your pretty wife up early (you say "Good Morning Everyone" at the start of virtually all of your videos, and often it's really early in the morning) and Carol still looks great in every one of them. So, you guys are early risers it seems, great packers (your backpacks look cool, you pack so light - 10-15 kg's when the weight limit for a checked bag on most airlines is 24-25 kg, and you're both so organized - I've also watched both of your 'how to pack for hot countries' videos), and you seem to really do a good job of scouting out cool things to do wherever you're at. I know you're trying to stretch your budget to last 2 years but sometimes you have to spend more to stay in nicer places, ones with aircon at least - staying in a crappy place gets old real fast and takes the fun out of a trip no matter how you try to make up for it during the day doing stuff. Haven't seen you guys on jet skis yet but if you've never tried it, you'd love it (and it would be a cool vlog as well). I once went with a group where we jet skied around the whole island of Key West. Cheers :)

stayed a week up the road from coco garden at Da Kanda, the beach all along that water front was beautiful, and never too busy or over crowded, amazing place, definitely one of my all time favs
Stayed in the bungalow you pointed to at 6:14. The beach is called Ban Tai but not good for swimming as the water is shallow.
