Lovely host and guest, too. Amazing insights and really simplified!!! I rarely watch or read links on weight loss/nutrition. My family body-shamed me as a child and even now as a 42-year-old. So I did not want to put any effort into weight loss. For someone like me who hears about weight loss or diets at home 24/7, i never thought i would listen to this completely as well.
I am so glad to read this comment & thank you for making time to watch the whole podcast :) As a nutritionist who was overweight always, this is a feeling I carried all my life. I highly recommend you also take care of your health, not weight. Feel free to reach out to our Head Nutritionist on: 9820455544
Hi Akash, Contrary to popular belief, ghee is a source of saturated fat.. however, it is always the AMOUNT and time of the day its consumed that matters. A limited amount is in fact healthy & needed :)
Amazing insights.
Thank you! 😊 We hope you enjoyed the podcast
