I bought a 74 iroc in high school and wreaked it in 2 months my dad had a 68 c10 step side we swapped the 327 4 speed into it drove that truck tell I was about 25 when I had to have a 4x4 I bought a 96 obs ford f250 7.3 power stroke sold my c10 I miss both them trucks I've got a old Cummins 12v now had for 14 years I use it for work horse I've had a s10 with a 355 in I broke it so many times swapped a 4.8 into it 5.3 for awhile now in my 40s I miss the fun but I'm all about practicality anymore my toy is a civic si it's not the fastest but 40 mpg is so nice and it's a manual
Was this truck originally a 5speed? And if so did you have to cut the floor board for the shifter, about to start a ls swap in my 91 and thinking of getting a t56 for it since it’s a 5speed truck already
The truck originally had an automatic transmission. I had to cut a hole in the firewall and in the floor pan to install the T56. I used the shifter location that was furthest from the engine when I install it. That made it pretty interesting to drive. It didn’t feel like I was driving an s10.
It’s been along time since I’ve had that truck. If I remember correctly the rims are 18x9. Mustang hub size. I had a Ford 8.8 rear end. And I used a conversion spacer up front. I can’t remember the tire size.
Good job bro looking forward to more

@4wdberetta225 what clutch pedals and slave cylinders did you use?
What are the wheel tire specs?
