    This is one of your beast videos in my opinion. I am coming down to Ecuador in January for the first time, so this is (selfishly) just what I needed. Your recent foodie videos are great too. I took notes!

      Really glad I was able to help before your trip and I hope that everything goes without a hitch. If there’s any other information you need and that I can provide let me know.
      The foodie videos are always really fun and I’m always hyped to hear what everyone’s experience with the food is. When you try the dishes out, let us know how they were!

    Any advice for solo female travellers regarding safety? In general, is it safe to travel and explore as a solo female traveller?

      Hello! Thank you for your questions!
      The quickest and simplest answer is that as long as you play it safe and avoid things that are clearly not a good idea, then you should be just fine. Just to give you an idea of things not to do:
      don’t go out late, don’t go out by yourself at night, don’t drink from something that’s not yours, and things like that.
      If you want a more complete guide on do’s and don’ts, I made one on my channel and if you want more all around amazing safety tips, I saw this really good video about it a while back (th-cam.com/video/xvLwpBRV-cU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=JHfZTJ72tvhv3NV0) so you should check that out as well.
      Hope this helps!

    What about rental cars?

    • @GMAceM
      @GMAceM  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you for your question!
      When it comes to rental cars my thoughts are as follows:
      •positive thoughts: you have the freedom to go wherever you want. You don’t spend money on a driver. If used appropriately (not damaging and such) they can save you some money.
      •negative thoughts: if you don’t have a precise idea of where you’re going you could get lost. Driving around can be very stressful. If the car gets damaged even the slightest (even if it’s not your fault) you may get charged values that might have made it better to just have a private driver.
      What would I do? If I had knowledge of the place I’m going to (because I’ve been there before and know the streets), in that situation I might rent a car. If not, I probably would completely avoid it because the hassle might not be worth it.
      Hope this helps!
      Remember this is just from my perspective and maybe you’re a much better and less stressed driver than I am so you might be more willing to take the risk.
