Luke Sullivan now works as a Private Military Contractor since quitting the US Air Force. He takes up street fighting and remembers what Guile has said to him. He seeks out fighting against others and eventually, he understands. He and Jamie bump into each other, however, since Jamie asked for him to apologize, Luke refuses. In anger, they both fight each other. Finally, he remembers as a kid he would get into many fights. He laughs at himself thinking he has not changed.
