@@AshleyHagen sadly that’s what I thought but the external hard drive I bought needs to be converted to make it Mac compatible etc etc and of course it doesn’t comewith instructions how to do that if your not very tech … I tried to find videos but I couldn’t get my head around it ….. do you have a Mac compatible recommendation ?

This video was filmed on my iPhone since my computer is in the video. I usually use Quicktime movie recorder with my Logitech brio webcam on my macbook pro.
Yes, totally. I have a video on using it to amplify your voice for outdoor yoga classes using a portable speaker. To hook up to a stereo, there's gotta be a way with specific connectors. You can also attached a headset or lapel/lavalier to the Rode Wireless Go.
Ashley, has your laptop ever started making fan noises during your classes or recordings? If so, any ideas to stop that? It happens to mine, it's also a MacBook Pro but from 2014. That's why I don't use it for recording.
Nope, not that I am aware of. But I know what ou are talking about. My old '07 macbook pro starting doing that back in the day. With my microphone, it doesn't become an issue for the sound. I would consider about 6 years about the lifespan of a good mac computer, so I'm about due to upgrade. As long as this one keeps working for me, I'll keep using it. If I start having issues, out with the old and in with a new. A Mac computer is something I will never go without.
The link is in the description. But honestly, any hard drive that connects to your computer would be fine. Just make sure it has enough space and don’t plug it in from mac to pc or vice versa.

I bought the rode but there is so much static I had to return. Have you had any problems like that?
Not at all. My Rode mics have been wonderful in providing higher quality sound. No static. I’m not sure what that could have been.
