@@rockon8174 It depends on the zoning. Sometimes depending on applicable laws and regulations in certain states/counties/municipalities, zoning can change. The residents may want their political body to spend hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars trying to keep something out that in the end ain’t happening. The solicitor knows what the deal is and he’s going to break it to the people gently.
