If anyone is confused about the MV - google the late renaissance painter Hieronymus Bosch. It won't necessarily make you less confused, but I think it might give some context lol
Specifically, the video references imagery from his tryptic “The Garden of Earthly Delights” (c. 1495-1505), which is has many modern interpretations but is primarily a lesson in hardcore Christian doctrine.

I'm calling it. FEEL MY RHYTHM is near PSYCHO level. Maybe I'm just excited because it's a new song, but I really think this is going to go down as one of RED VELVET's best. I think the only thing PSYCHO has that FEEL MY RHYTHM doesn't is that unescapable hook. This song stands out because it remembers it's pop song, but also is experimental/artistic - almost like a combination of Red and Velvet concepts. I feel that this is the gimmick FEEL MY RHYTHM has. It's both catchy and mysteriously intriguing at the same time.

Yes Red Velvet did it, amazing song, conceptual visual aesthetic everything with an intetion, a message. It seems the team behind all this really did an amazing work, this is how you make a different song with an structure and intention, evolution, grow, energy, all on it.

I looked for this reaction before and missed it! I gotta subscribe so I don't miss out again. I am a huge Wendy bias and Seulgi is my bias wrecker I think sooooooooooo maybe we both just go double bias? hahahaha :D They are all so incredible and this song and MV is just so epic - Bach + Red Velvet + Classic art? It's a masterpiece. The performance video was so incredible, too, and allows to focus a little more on the music because although the visuals are gorgeous, they are more focused on the members and the feeling of the music than on some overarching concept with the art and everything. Loved your reaction!
I feel like this is the culmination of everything Red Velvet have done since 2019. It sounds like a sort of successor to Psycho, but with a more bright energy similar to Queendom, and then you've got the more busy production that at least gives me carnival/musical overture vibes reminiscent of Zimzalabim (or like an Oh My Girl Remember Me). I'm not a huge fan of the chorus, I don't think the production supports it very well, its too dynamically similar to the verses. It sounds more like a reprise that you would have during a long outro, where everybody would sing along, but where in the choruses in the first part of the song there would be a lead singer and it would be more stripped back. The break before the modulation is awesome, favourite part of the song.
AHHHHH OH MY GOODNESS YES YES!!! I am freaking out and shaking while commenting this, they went OFF during this Music Video it has to be one of my favorites already because WOW and the Visuals HOLY COW they have to be one of my favorites as well because everyone looks so Gorgeous legit this is everyone's era! Irene oh my Goodness looks so Stunning she is a freaking Goddess I kept pausing on her moments on screen because she was so Gorgeous and her Vocals/Rap is insane. Seulgi can STEP ON ME what the heck she looked like an evil goddess and I am here for it, her Vocals were crazy, and the way she ate that strawberry was not okay. Wendy is Bias wrecking me and I don't even have a Bias her Visuals and charisma is CRAZY, and her Vocals went OFF like during the bridge that was one of most beautiful notes I've heard. Joy is a legit Disney Princess I keep saying it but it is so true the Visuals from her went crazy, and her Vocals oh my Goodness and her little English moments/Red Velvet moment Wow. And Yeri has been killing me as well her Rap has gotten even more INSANE her Vocals are so Gorgeous and sweet like cotton candy, and her Visuals are just STUNNING holy cow!! Again they went off on this one and the chorus is so beautiful and catchy, just everything was AMAZING! Anyways I can't you to react to more Red Velvet such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! I can't wait for more Content from you and I hope that you are doing well and staying safe and healthy!

Twice comes back and I'm like damn it THEY are my ults. But then rv comes back and I'm DAMN, THEY are my ults. The way they both CONSISTENTLY put out better songs than their previous ones ALL THE TIME. At this point I might just make them both my ults. Once twice is back im so overwhelmed with love and adoration but then rv comes back and I'm again overwhelmed with love and adoration. I love them both so much.

I agree with Winnangh's reference. The designer's of RV's mv sets based them off of famous artists' oil paintings. Like the really strange and famous "The God of Earthly Delights", Bosch or Monet's "Woman with a Parasol", "Death of Ophelia". Just a lot of famous paintings. Red Velvet look elegant, the music sample of Bach's "Air on the G String", really works. It's a real work of art how well this song comes together. Red Velvet's are visionary beautiful and original.
