All missles have success/fail ratio. I've heard some stats that about 25% of Russian missles not hit projected target in war in syria. That explains some accidents like here or few months back hitting mall in kremenchuk.

It would be crazy if their guided munitions were so bad. You would immediately see that as huge numbers of collateral damage. Which we thankfully don't.

Some of the mappers are just copying each other, not getting independent battlefield updates from their own unique sources. In other words, they are just agreeing with each other, and that agreement can't be used to claim "multiple sources show the same thing so this is now confirmed". It's one big echo chamber and almost every mapper is just parroting the official narrative.
Huh? Maps get updated based on the footages from the front and usually soldires post videos of a captured village with their flag.
Anyways, the differences between maps are not kilometers... some maps show a few hundred meters of advancements for Russians then other maps show advancements for Ukranaisn that never seem to happened... but yeah the diffrances are not enormous

I always find it suspicious that it's always "civil" targets that are hit but there are never any videos of people recover "civilians" there like in this example.
True, one just have to compare the targets UA claim is civilian and those in Palestine, the latter one retrieves the bodies, the former one, no civilian in sight

A few comments on the subject of Ukrainian air defense.
The USA WANTS (!) to produce 550 to 600 Patriot missiles per year in the future.
The Russians typically attack with 30 to 75 missiles, cruise missiles and drones. And that 4 to 6 times a month. Even if Ukraine only launches one air defense missile per detected air target, that would be around 120 to 300 missiles per month or 20 to 50% of annual production. And that doesn't include the rockets fired to protect the troops at the front.
Everyone can imagine for themselves what that ultimately means.
Is Patriot the only AA system that West owns?

THAAD is still available as a long-range system, but that is intended to combat ballistic targets.
You forgot to mention those 500 interceptors made in ONE YEAR are to be divided between 32 (!!!) NATO members AND the US allies ( Israel, Japan, Taiwan, etc)
@@skatitajs_nr13 Only one that seems somewhat effective against the Russian cruise and ballistic missiles, the other ones are shortrange systems which are hard to place in cities with high rises and so on.
Video from Kiev clearly shows a Patriot missile nosedive into the hospital the extensive damage to the buildings facade from what is clearly shrapnel is consistent with air defence missiles not ballistic or cruise missiles.

Russian holiday makers in Crimea/Ukraine compared to Ukrainian children in a hospital in Ukraine, yeah good one.
They intercepted one of their hospitals too lol
Ukrainian channels published footage of a rocket falling in the area of a medical facility in Kyiv, blaming Russia for it.
Although, there is a nuance - the missile captured in the footage is not a cruise missile, nor a ballistic one used by the Russian armed forces for long-range precision strikes.
The silhouette of the missile shown by Ukrainian is very similar to the MIM-104 "Patriot" anti-aircraft missile

If you look at the footage of the rocket that hit the children's hospital, it's certainly NOT a Kalibr missile. Its "wings" in the middle are far too short. It's either a NASAMs or AMRAAM US/UK supplied air defense missile. These look very similar or identical to that rocket and Russia has nothing that looks like that.

It is not as if this has not happened before when a Ukrainian air defence missile bombed an apartment or a civilian building. there does need to be forensic examination of the damage before jumping to conclusion.

I remember that a few years ago I strongly advocated the neutrality of many countries neighboring Russia, not just Ukraine. I earned negative comments and even some threats but I didn't stop thinking that way. Now, however, I see how NATO has betrayed a country like Ukraine that has been up to its neck in a war with a country like Russia that has only two options, not moving against them or otherwise breaking their arms and legs. Ukraine should have long ago had the possibility of destroying a Russian port to the ground, leaving it inoperative for months. With the Russians you cannot play to increase the threat, if you start something against capable and terrible enemies like them then you must think big.

Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
Zelensky admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time
Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.
20th September, 2021: Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO.

If Russia hit a children's hospital it's for only 2 reasons. The missile hit the wrong target or the Ukrainian army was utilising the building to house soldiers or equipment (which I think is most likely). Ukraine has been filmed hiding soldiers and equipment in kindergartens and shopping malls (yes, I've seen the footage).

I am sorry Willy, but you cannot just say "war is bad" and "I am applying the same principal to both sides". The difference between sides is that russia is the aggressor, an Ukraine is the victim of aggression, and you cannot treat them in the same way. The victim has all the right to strike any part of an aggressive country and should not be blamed for that. The same thing applied in WW2 with strategic bombing of Germany. British pilots were bombing German cities and were right about that, because Germany has, in its own will, started an aggressive war. I thing the same approach should apply to the ATACMS strike on the beach. Russia chose to enter this war, and therefore it should be blamed for any civilian casualties both in Ukraine and in Russia.

Correct. The USA has bombed more hospitals than any other country -- those in Vietnam and Iraq targeted deliberately. In Vietnam, the early guided bombs used the red crosses on the roofs to zero in the bombs.
The video that was posted by one of the Kyiv news channels of the rocket hitting the Hospital clearly shows a missile that's unlike any of the missiles that Russians use and moreover looks like the munitions that Patriot systems use.
