sheri skousen I truly understand how you feel ( I often feel like I am trapped at the bottom of 50 foot well that is so ancient it’s no longer used, with walls are covered in algae and I cannot climb out no matter how hard I try). if I stop taking all the medications that I must to keep my organs growing I fall into an incense eight a dangerously deep and painful sleep this is happened to me a couple of times over the last decade when I have become very sick with a bug that’s going around or some other cause. it’s frightening especially if you have a TIA illness one of those where everything is coming up and you can’t keep your medicine down that’s the most dangerous situation of all and I need to switch at that pointto injections for the most critical of the medicines they are is out of the 25 medications I take to keep my body going there are about six that without them there would be no life. Without the other 19 my symptoms would be out of control and life would be a terrible nightmare of suffering. but I do agree with you in a way what I mean is if I took all the medications that have been diagnosed that have been recommended and prescribed for me over the last 15 years I would be on twice the number of medications and I would be a hell of a lot sicker. Once I finally got enough of my Mental faculties back I began to make sure that the meds I was taking were either of absolute necessity orNecessary to giving my life at least some quality and some semblance of normalcy even though I’m completely homebound and my disablement more than 10 years ago was due to the callus actions of an obstetrician. before that I was leaving the life that I had worked for decades in school to finally achieve and I was so happy I was doing exactly what my dreams once were and still are if I could have anything it would be to return to full health and I wouldn’t go right back to my profession. This is a great (still current) synopsis for people diagnosed with heart failure. This is a great (still current) synopsis for people diagnosed with heart failure.
No salt, no added sugar Diet, 4 Pilars meds and regular 30-45 min exercise is a good place to maintain acceptable health and energy level - eat a lot of salt, you’ll pay for it; stop your drugs your heart will grow your bp will go up and you’ll start to gain water weight.
