    My son died 10 years ago from congestive heart failure & primary pulmonary hypertension. He was only 46 years old. The doctors often talked about a heart transplant but could not agree about doing it. He was on many medications. One of them was Ramodulin (not sure of the spelling). It had many side effects which caused him a lot of pain. It was very caustic. When his body could not take it anymore, they took him off the drug & 3 days later he died. When someone has a chronic disease, it affects the whole family. My son"s wife & children still express deep sadness about his passing. Also, in America, when you have a chronic disease, it affects you financially which causes more stress for the patient & the family. I wish I had known about you 10 years ago. You are a blessing to your patients & to the community.

    Diagnosed with heart failure. Found Metabolic Cardiology protocol consisting of D-Ribose/L Carnitine/CoQ10/Magnesium and added L-Taurine myself. A few months later had echocardiogram which showed some heart chamber enlargment but with good ejection fraction.
    From being breathless at the least exertion and waking up gasping for breath I am now able to sleep flat with an all night refreshing sleep. I dont eat many veggies and love my meat - especially ground beef.
    Maybe the good doctor's advice will do the same thing but I like what I do.

      @@ManjiMachinetake thyamine 100mg 3x a day plus a B complex, all the supplement she mention also greatly help, but thyamine on its own will fix the issue, take with maguinesium, thyamine NEEDS MAGUINESIUM TO WORK best.Do your research, there are few forms of it. I wish doctors listen to their patients, my mom died from heart failure ( as a cause from diabetes complications, because all the drugs a diabetic patient take eventually leads to heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, pancreas failure, congestive lungs, these are all the symptoms of end stage from diabetes) BUT ITS ALL CAUSED BY THYAMINE DEFICIENCY THAT THE DIURETIC, THE METFORMIN CAUSES. Dont let your health on a doctors hands, its your health!!! Adding COQ10, zinc,vitamin D, K2, carnitine WILL REVERSE PRETTY MUCH ALL ISSUES REGARDING THE HEART.PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH

    • @RaniceF
      @RaniceF 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey doc, you MUST MENTION THYAMINE, most heart failure from diabetes, alcohol WILL BE REVERSED BY INTRAVENOUSLY HIGH DOSES THYAMINE, DOSES OF EVEN 500MG 4 TIMES A DAY FOR 4 TO 5 DAYS, THEN ORAL DOSE OF 200MG, OR 100MG TWICE A DAY. One simple vitamin can save soooooooo many lives..same goes for k2 doses of 220mcg a day for a few weeks CAN TOTALLY DIMINISH PLAQUE IN 50%. THE ENTIRE MEDICAL SYSTEM IS A CORRUPTED COMMUNITY. Enlarged heart IT'S TOTALLY REVERSIBLE WITH THYAMINE. PEOPLE ARE NOT SICK, PEOPLE ARE NUTRIENTS DEFICIENT, AND the body is always sending out simptoms. Doctors dont know nutrition, doctors WHERE NOT TRAINED NUTRITION FOR A BIG REASON!! GUESS?? Good bless you for bringing some nutrients approach to your patients. It should be the first line of treatment. But thyamine should be considered FIRST because works FAST. Please consider BERIBERI!!

    I had a massive heart attack 17 years ago at age 49, after my EF went down and has stayed at 35% since that time. For the last two years, I started have more problems with edema and get very tired and short of breath very easily. My Echo said my EF was now 26% and not 35%. After my doctor adjusted my Lisinopril from 20 mil to 30 mil a day and that made a difference, my EF went back to 35%. I have managed to live with heart failure now for 17 years! The typical prognosis is 5 to 7 years?

    Hello Dr. Montgomery sorry for being nit picky. But the microphone you are using is the one connected to your webcam that you are using. It might of randomly changed after a computer update or something similar. I’m not sure what you use to record videos, but in the settings you should be able to change it to that microphone on the stand to your right so it will be better quality sound. I recently noticed the past couple of lives having a different quality than some previous ones where you are at your desk. I believe your microphone is called the Hyper X Quad Cast. I would have loved a medical person to teach me this important information. Don't stop learning and teaching the patients. I had to do my own research and find like minded doctors to help me. My heart went from 23 percent to 45 percent and growing.
      Most of the medical personnel practice quality of care. This means pharmacy drugs and procedures for treatment. They never mention diet, exercise and stress management. Drugs do not fix the root problem. They only masks and sometimes increases more health issues down the road.
      I personally ended up in the hospital with death by prescriptions. After I was given a compassionate and qualified heart doctors that took me off most of the medications; it saved my life. I pray for my doctors and nurses daily for all there loving care of me. Don't stop learning... God Bless.

      Contrary to what the medical community believes, reflux aka GERD is not a result of the over production of stomach acid. Actually, it is the exact opposite. The proper amount and ph of stomach acid is what causes the esophageal sphincter to close preventing a reflux of acid and stomach contents back up into the esophagus. Use of of acid blockers decrease intrinsic factor produce by the stomach. This intrinsic factor is required for the absorption of B-12. Without proper stomach acid proteins cannot be correctly broken down into amino acids for proper absorption. Research ways of increasing your stomach acid ie, Betaine HCL, ACV, etc. Search out videos regarding low stomach acid to better understand what’s going on and ways to remedy your low stomach acid.

    Thank u sir nice useful video. My father had latest EF -29(Echo) and EF -12(SPEC perfusion test). Doctor asked us to believe spec test because it is more accurate and we are from India. What can we do now to get better?
    Could you please give ur contact details to get an at least online consultation?

      Yes, it's officially a form of heart failure and it is very common. It doesn't have the bad prognosis that systolic heart failure has.
