    At this stage of your development, wide grip pushups to failure will produce a lot of good results too.

    Honestly, looks like you could benefit from more weight. There comes a point where too little weight can be shaky or not as stable. I know that sounds counter-intuitive. Safety tip: can your rack be lowered? Looks like you are extending pretty far up to rack the weight? Could be problematic if you ever need to rack quickly. Also, when the weight goes up, THAT'S when you'll really notice the value of a stable upper back and firmly planted feet. Enjoy your vacation!

      I'll look into seeing if that can be lowered! Good point.
      Right now I'm working on a challenge to see how many reps I can do with this weight by adding reps per day, and when I find that out, I add more weight, and then do it over and over until I find my max weight/max reps. But I will DEFINITELY see if I can lower the rack!

      @@NowAcceptingChallenges it definitely looks too high. I'd hate to see you get in a sticky situation and not be able to rack when needed. Cheers
