- We weren't entirely sure what we expected this country to be like... but after spending 4 days there, we cannot wait to go back.

Thank you for the visit and for the honest opinion. One remark though: Armenia is NOT in Central Asia and has never been. Central Asia is the region starting from the right shore of the Caspian lake. I have always seen Armenia being placed either in Eastern Europe or in the Caucasus and occassionaly in Middle East. But never in Central Asia where there are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizistan, Turkménistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Mongolia.

Armenia is either Middle East occasionally. It's on South Caucasus but it belongs to Europe. There is University from Netherlands Ireland Spain that saying it's Europe and European institution organizations International organizations such conservation of nature(Switzerland) etc. Besides that Armenia is member state of the Council of Europe which is for Europe because USA Canada Mexico Japan Israel received observer status not membership
@@NutkaoItalyarmenia has some minor cultural similarities to the middle east but the differences are stark. Far more is shared with southern europe and eastern europe

The official date for when Armenia became the first nation to adopt Christianity as a state religion is 301AD, so you were around 1,000 years out when you said 800BCE! (would be a bold move for any country to follow a religion which hadn't even been created yet!😉) The Armenian language - or at least its official written alphabet - is credited to Mesrop Mashtots in 405AD. Oh and also, the second dish you ate at Lavash restaurant was Khinkali, not Manti. They're similar but Manti is prepared and served very differently in Armenia. Video had great potential but after 3 mins i stopped watching. Music is way too loude while the talking is barely audible.
Scenes are cut way too short and panning happens way too fast. You have seen it those places with your own eyes so you recognise stuff in the video immediately. But the viewer hasn't and when the camera rushes through the landscapes you don't leave enough time to analyse the video.

Armenia is not Asia. It's on South Caucasus which belongs to Europe. Armenians are Europeans culturally historically politically too just it depends on whom you ask. For examples if you ask ex soviét/coming from Middle East spiritually arabic-armenians they wouldn't say that. Armenian language is also European from Indo-European language
