I forgot to mention the box & accessories that the board came with for this video, they did NOT change anything at all. Literally reused the same box design and accessories from the V1. Thats all, thanks for the huge support of this video 😁🎉!
To whom it may concern, lucky65 v2 has 400hz polling rate in 2.4Ghz dongle. 1000Hz works in wired mode only. I thought they made it 1000hz in 2.4Ghz, but no! That's a shame.
2 weeks using my V2 Milk White with Akko Rosewood switches. I have several issues with it albeit still loving the keyboard due to it's pricing and offerings. On & Off toggle are still underneath the TAB key, however, I have seen the Weikav Record V2 that it comes with a nifty wire tool for easy On & Off access without opening up the TAB keycap which was a bummber. Stabs preinstalled were a bit wobbly to my state but a bandage mod fixed that. I'm considering getting the TX stabs on these (are those really good tho?). Foam inserted into the plate holes under the spacebar excluding the LED light area plus more foram inside the spacebar made it sound and feel immaculate. The backspace as you mentioned, sounded tinny. Unfortunately, one of my ball bearing from the catch & release mechanism fell out due to the spring inserted got tanggled inside the housing. The magnets on the four colver leaf that houses the USB dongle fell out as well with no way of putting them back in aside from just taping it on.
what to do with the json file? VIA notifies with error: failed to open device & recieved invalid protocol version from device, also lucky65 doesnt appear to be in the qmk cli keyboard list
I heard that only Vietnamese people have lots of order of the 1.6mm pcb version so they made that specifically for Vietnam. The board was intended to have 1.2mm flexcut pcb only
Budget custom boards are so good now, I had a keychron k8 pro which was great, but set on fire after a year whilst charging, ( opened it up and a chip was burnt out and the silicone dampner burnt) I went for a Mchose K99 which I was worried it may not feel as nice as the keychron, but it feels so much better! the Khali switches are soo nice! smooth and thocky. Just need some nice shine through caps as the letters are not very bold.
ive been super impressed by budget boards lately. I use a royal kludge RK98 and other than some shine through keycaps have left it completely stock, and its great! feels good, sounds good, and works perfectly
This is a nice variation to the other recent demos of this board. I've placed an order for this exact colorway and I'm pretty excited to start tinkering with it. Too bad that we don't get plate-mount stabs, but I don't think that will be too much of an issue for me. Try it out with a few different switches too maybe?

I do hope the 1.6mm is available outside Vietnam in some time, we are lowkey getting sick of budget boards getting 1.2mm pcb's w/ flex-cuts. Which may be the reason why prices can be this low. I'd gladly pay like $15-$20 more just to get the 1.6mm version.

IMO, when u would actually use the dongle is not for gaming and so 400hz is better to conserve battery for on the go
Honestly? Doesn't really matter, if you're going for performance, you're going wired.
Makes sense imho
I can't connect mine via 2.4ghz dongle. Help?
