I had to look up Comfort Systems USA myself. They seem to be a company that does work on heating, ventilation, and, air conditioning systems. They fall under the theme for sure. All in all, a great new series! The dirt and grime on the C-10 makes it look like a proper work truck from back in the day. The Ram with the plow is growing on me as well. You probably have some 1:1 Rams or other big trucks with plows up there in Canada for when winter comes! Can't wait to see what else Greenlight has in-store for this new series. I could easily see some modern pickups as a tow truck, like how M2 does with their classic pickups.
Thanks for the info on Comfort Systems USA. I agree it would be awesome to see some modern tow trucks, heck, any tow trucks, in the Greenlight line. They are sorely missing and I'm not sure why Greenlight hasn't produced any yet other then the International Durastar models.
wtffor Probably my main trucks want from Greenlight are a Nissan Titan for the pick-up side of things, because Greenlight's modern pick-ups are properly sized in my opinion. I don't know about the Titan, but, the modern F-150, Silverado, and, Ram are massive trucks when compared to a number of cars. I also really think Greenlight can fill the void and give us some true 1/64 modern fire trucks. Imagine a Greenlight ladder truck with a moveable and extendable ladder! M2 could probably do some vintage fire trucks, as I have seen a couple of the 1:1s of their trucks as fire apparatus.
I was in New York City today! I trying remember if I was this truck there. There were 3 Nypd Ford interceptor Explorers around. I saw a lot Toyota camry taxis & New Chevy Impala taxi.
Can't wait for the Vee-Dubb collection , Green Light's Face book prototype pictures ALL had clear head lamps ! All VW buses and bugs_! I hope they never use the painted headlamps in the future, and my fingers are crossed that they ARE plastic bases.. I've never seen a painted Metal truck bed from greenlight, I think All 1:1 car manufactures spray something for bed linner these days... Looks retro with Just* shiny white metal...neat__
I enjoyed your digression buddy - what car can we get in the back of the Shell box trailer? I was probably subconsciously thinking it too LOL =D You have such great energy, enthusiasm and spontaneity! Superb review of the Blue Collar series, they are fantastic models, and I like the subtle changes you mentioned Greenlight made, like the front grilles and rear tray bed cover. Thanks for the video =)
I'd have to say your favorite is also the one I like best out of this series..but they are all pretty fine castings...looking forward to the V-Dub Club crackfest.
My favorite of the set too. I love c10 's and that one looks good. I got a greenlight the other day& it was numbered 0225 pretty low .I would have to dig it out to get specific but i do remeber that it was from the runnin on empty set but what series? Idk off hand.
question is the Shasta trailer same colour as the hitch nd haul one or is it green I think the one in hitch n haul was considered a blue colour. the Shasta and Airstream are coming in 1/24 scale soon
Different color on this one, it is very much aqua green versus the Hitch And Tow blue one that came out earlier. Looking forward to seeing the 1/24 scale models too!

My guess is the DOT (Department of Transportation? ) truck could represent blue collared government employees. All of these are real nice!

The paint scheme on the Dodge van reminds me of the scheme American Motors Corp. used on the AMX's and certain Javelins.
