Here's a simple recipe for a classic steak:
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 high-quality steaks (such as ribeye, New York strip, or filet mignon)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil or clarified butter
- Optional: garlic cloves, thyme sprigs, rosemary sprigs
Instructions:

7. Slice the steak against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious homemade steak!
