Have GL revamped or retooled their tooling, painting booth etc at their factories? Or got new owners? It seems that many of the diecasts doesn’t have the usual wonky wheels or paint issues more. I stopped collecting them, I don’t know, 2-4 years ago or so. And at that time many of them had paint issues, wonky wheels and glue on the windows etc. I love that Chevy Silverado with the truck topper on. I wish more diecast brands made a truck with a topper/camper shell on and obviously a tow hook. I just like the look of a truck with a truck topper/camper shell on it (and the idea of someone using it as a stealth camping or have tools and gear protected by weather and prying eyes looking for something to steal)

They did get a new President and their focus is on improving quality. It is certainly getting better but has a long way to go.
