Slayer, Kreator, and Testament are my "big 3". 🤘🤘🤘
S.O.D,Sodom,Sepultura and kreator are the big 4 for me worldwide
These guys are OUTSTANDING at live shows. I couldn't imagine anyone being able to follow a Death Angel performance at a show, and they absolutely crushed it.

Basically ( and ironically ), Kreator are a more intelligent, musically proficient and competent, and lyrically deeper version of Slayer. Since the styles are so close, comparisons are inevitable. Nothing against slayer, they did it first, but Kreator are an improvement upon every recognizable feature that Slayer have. Love them both but my preferences are obvious and I have all the reasons for that

This was a great Kreator album. The best song on the album is "Civilization Collapse". It's one of the best thrash metal songs ever. Just incredible.
This album is all killer no filler.
My favorite thrash Metal band, they never disappoint, My favorite song of theirs is Violent Revolution
Kreator has the intensity and power that Metallica has been missing since the 90's 😂 And Kreator was inspired by Metallica and has been around since the early 80's (Their debut album 'Endless pain' dropped in 1985)
That's not to say that Kreator has not released bad albums... they messed up royally putting out rickety 'crossover' albums like 'Renewal' (1992)... and 'Outcast' (1997) ... as well as the misstep 'Endorama' (1999)
But Mille Petrozza (vocals & guitar) and Jurgen 'Ventor' Reil (drums) have kept Kreator banging away... Thankfully, they came to their senses and made a remarkable comeback thrash metal album 'Violent revolution' (2001) and Kreator's newer records have been just as popular as the early major records like 'Extreme aggression' (1988) and 'Coma of souls' (1990)

@@sumonjamal1653 It's soft, but still good. Renewal is experimental, but has a couple of good songs. Outcast is the best out of the three mentioned.

The last time I saw Kreator was after covid limitations had just been lifted. I knew I missed the live experience, but when they played "666 - World Divided" and it reached that choir part singing "We are united, United in a world divided." it truly hit me.

You may like or dislike Kreator, especially for their lackluster late albums, but one can not deny that Kreator is the best live band, period. Nobody kicks asses like Petrozza & Co. do on the stage.

I listen to Kreator a lot although I don't really like Thrash Metal, so, they must be the best Thrash Metal band ever (because my tastes define reality, ofc).
