Thank you for this video! I just started trying these and your tip about trying to hop while doing a manual and opening the shoulders made so much sense! I'm excited to try these tips out next session!
I just tried the 45 deg angle on contact thing earlier, my slappies feel SO much better now. This channel also saved my ollies. Seriously, I've been improving so much because of yours and Skate IQ's videos
The biggest issue I had is with my back foot. I couldn't keep it stable above the tail after getting into noseslide. Also, you should probably mention to bend your knees while getting into it to make it safer and easier.
Hey whythetrick quick question, I’ve been skating on and off the past two years and I’m extremely comfortable on the board, but I have trouble learning tricks. Do you recommend any more tricks I can learn before the Ollie to get more practice and confidence flipping and flicking the board?
Find some fixed rail that is tall enough (100-120cm) to hold your hands onto while you are practicing flip tricks stationary. It should help you to keep your body at the same place while your board is moving and keep you safe regardless of how bad you land the trick.
I made a video about "tricks without Ollie but not too easy." th-cam.com/video/AvUhqmC1XRo/w-d-xo.html Hope this one gives you some idea on what to do. Some people say they are unauthodox, but powerslides, finger flips are always fun. Oh and don't forget ramps.
The most scientific channel regarding skateboarding. Keep it up. You will make history.
Yeahhhhh always a good day when why the trick drops 🙏🙏
Haha, good to hear that. Thank you for waiting. It usually takes 2 weeks to make one video.
Happy weekend everyone.
Thanks for doing what you do‼️👊😎🍻🙏❤️🔥

But ollie is very essential to learning any flip trick, without it you'll be just kicking the board without any consistency and confidence.
