Number 2 is a nitpick. Just because you don't care for the farming and jrpg games that they show during Nintendo Directs doesn't mean no one else does. Everybody doesn't play the same games as you. I always hated the phrase "nobody cares." No, YOU don't care. You don't speak for everyone lol. I also hate whenever people use the phrase "Who asked for this ?" whenever a game comes out that they have no interest in. People act like developers are sitting gamers down in a room and asking them what type of game they want and giving it the greenlight. If that's the case, what weirdo sat down with Nintendo back in 1996 and said, "You know what would be great ? What if Mario fought Pikachu in a fighting game ? Wouldn't that be cool 😲 ?" They hate other platform fighters, party games, kart racing games, and RPGs. The hate that Foamstars get is insane to me. Point 62 is literally the reason why I have my own switch lite now. I got animal crossing for my birthday one year, and my brother asked to try it out. Not thinking anything of it, I let him play first. When I finally got around to playing myself, I realized that I couldn't make my own island on my OWN SWITCH. For the game that I GOT FOR MY BIRTHDAY. So yeah. I was upset. Luckily my brother bought me a switch lite and a new copy of animal crossing so he could keep his island.
Thing is with the emulator thing, they’re actually not in their legal right to do that, a court case involving Sony and Nintendo in the 90s was ruled in that emulators are considered competition and should be seen as such, it’s just that everyone’s scared to take Nintendo to court about it

I’ll never understand the distain for farming sims and JRPGS. It’s not true that nobody cares. There is a huge casual cozy game audience on Switch and the hybrid nature of the console works amazingly for those types of games. As for JRPGS, is it really a surprise that a genre that dominates in Japan would be a focus in directs from a deeply Japanese company. As someone who enjoys both genres, it makes directs tons of fun
Joycon Droft is, unfortunately, a design flaw due to the model of joystick that Nintendo uses. They don't manufacture the joysticks themselves. They buy from the same supplier that Microsoft and Sony do, which is why PS5 drift was almost as bad for a while. It's all because the manufacturers keep pushing cheaper and cheaper components to increase their own profits. You can actually prevent it by putting a piece of card stock inside your Joycons directly under the sticks. That said, Nintendo is hardly the only company to lock multiplayer behind a service. In fact, all three major consoles do. It is, frustratingly, the new market standard.

Few things that Nintendo infuriates me is releasing unfinish games for $60 dollars with free updates. Nintendo really needs to make things easier and more convenient for customers. Nintendo announcing rpg or farming games that I would care less about, I'm only watching the Nintendo direct to see first party games and that is the reason why I bought a Switch is to play Nintendo games.

About the Metroid Prime 4 thing; The reason for the game being in development Hell is because, first, Nintendo made the hair-brained decision to have the game be developed NOT by Retro Studios, but instead by Bandai Namco, but when they started taking the game in a direction Nintendo didn't like, Nintendo scrapped the whole thing & restarted development under Retro Studios WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING THE GAME IN THE FIRST PLACE! Charging you to play online when it was free because you get the same experience when it was first free, Smash Wii U online is bad and Ultimate online isn't any improvement. Nintendo really needs to make things easier and more convenient for customers. Nintendo announcing rpg or farming games that I would care less about, I'm only watching the Nintendo direct to see first party games and that is the reason why I bought a Switch is to play Nintendo games.
But the RPGs and farming games being in the direct aren’t taking up spots that would otherwise be Nintendo games. I’ll never understand that logic.

I agree with most of these, but I'm not sure how third-party developers not using larger carts when they're available is Nintendo's fault. That and they don't have control over have third party games releasing in the same genre at the same time. ND Cube is made up of former members of Hudson Soft, that's why they took over the Mario Party series.
5:29 nintendo didn't remove blj from sm64 in the port. They ported a special Japanese edition of sm64 (I think it was for the DD) which had bug fixes.

The thing about switch that influences me the most is if you have at least 2 of them one needs to be the primary. On secondary switches everything is fine apart from the fact that digital games can only be played by the user that bought the game and it's the same thing with DLC and this effects playing with friends aswell like WTH NINTENDO!!!!!???

About the Metroid Prime 4 thing; The reason for the game being in development Hell is because,
first, Nintendo made the hair-brained decision to have the game be developed NOT by Retro Studios, but instead by Bandai Namco,
but when they started taking the game in a direction Nintendo didn't like, Nintendo scrapped the whole thing & restarted development under Retro Studios WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING THE GAME IN THE FIRST PLACE!
So it was another Hair-brained Nintendo decision that caused this development Hell, cause Retro had already proven themselves with the previous Prime games...i'll bet it was because Bandai Namco is based out of Japan like them, as opposed to Retro Studios which is based out of Texas. Luckily Nintendo came to their senses & realized abandoning a proven Dev team was a stupid mistake
