Hey, I found out how to avoid the screenshot. Hold the power button first until you get the boot management screen, then hold the volume down button until totally resets. Now you soft reset the phone, without the unwanted screenshot

Also, for what it's worth.... This phone is pure, absolute garbage. Worst phone I have ever owned. Budget Blu phones have significantly higher performance and quality.

My 5.4 No Kia is frozen dead. I rebooted several times and no change. This phone I had made me a lot of troubles: lag, delays, frozen touchscreen, frozen phone etc etc. So I do not recommend at all Nokia or whatever name they will have in the future. I really regret my Huawei, but unfortunatelly I had to change it after the brake up of Donald Duck with the Chinese people.

You said the equivalent of taking out the battery. The equivalent of taking out the battery isn't going to start the phone back up, the phone would stay off until you turn it back on. This is a hard restart. Not at all as good as taking the battery out.
