I think you would need to gain access via usb connection to a PC using specific software made to access/work on mobile devices such as this one. The example you showed us is for simple/user access/fixes.
It seems as though no sim is in or as it static says it's locked, so you are basicly locked out of the other features... try holding some buttons down for a set time when selecting the loader. (I have yet to get my hands on one so I don't know the ins and outs of the situation but I may not get it if it has this problem.)
My Next move to get this phone started again is to buy a sd-card for more memory to boot. And…take it to a technician that will work on it for a reasonable cost. Usually this technician is always very successful so far at whatever I and/or my friend brings to him to fix for whatever reason. (Usually for my and/or my friends device not starting such as this G300 NOKIA is doing.
My question is, if you hard reset without deleting the accounts. Will the phone become Google locked? Or will the g300 automatically delete all that accounts when you hard reset? I think it's a protection against identity theft if your phone gets lost or stolen and someone else finds it.

You didnt solve anything. They are locked out of their phone or they wouldn't be here looking up how to do it they would have just went into the settings like u did.

However if you buy a phone with a screen lock on it, you have to get the seller to ether give you the password,or physically unlock the phone for you to reset it. That's where factory resetting the phone without deleting the accounts will cause it to go into a loop that requires you to log into the Google account before completing the startup function. So long story short, if you're smart enough to forget your screen lock, are you buy a phone that's locked from someone, you're out of a phone.

I, too, with research, it turns out that Nokia has violated the device, you can do nothing, and this is an agreement from Nokia and Android in the event that the system has been changed, now it is a raw mobile and the Anorid is free And that there is an agreement when operating and activating the account This is related to Nokia's study of service in countries and states
You are right there's nothing we can do .I called the store where I bought it and they said they will replace my phone.

i tried to upgrade to android 13 through the dsu option from the developer options and ended up bricking the phone.
