Just got a mini Australian Labradoodle, same chocolate tuxedo as yours. You are right, we should have a puppy baby shower :-) They are expensive! Plus add the crate, collar, toys, chewy, premium food, vet, you name it. But we love her!
She seems to be doing good on the car ride but she will get used to it. She is literally laying in your husbands arms. That scene with the puppy in the bed was soooo adorable. I hope you guys really enjoy having the new edition.

Puppy showers, like baby showers is a super great idea. If you launch a business for that it would definitely do well because there are people who love to help puppify or pup proof a house or space and love shopping so put a registry together ha ha but it would be great to have friends and family help out with a new puppy like that especially for me a hermit stay at home single person ha ha I'd coordinate a puppy shower ha ha but with a puppy being brought in lol imagine helping a couple get screened for a puppy and then doing a whole event and then tadah puppy afterwards when things calm down 😊
