These look great! I will make them for sure. Living in San Antonio, we eat a lot of Tex Mex and shop at H‑E‑B! We usually have nachos about once a week and I think this would be a great new variation! It’s kinda a nacho and chalupa(what we call tostadas in San Antonio) combo! I’ll have some guacamole for sure❤️
I can see a big gourmet kitchen in your future. You are such a great cook. Imagine having a lot of counter space and a big island and a big stove. You’d be dangerous. Haha. This is another good meal. Thanks.
