Mam i was high bp patient.....now bp is normal ...taking telma 40 daily...but i have moderate conc lvh..grade 1 dd...ivs 16mm and pw 15mm....i have chest pain from 3 months....is this due to lvh regression? My Trop i negative....cardiologist said take bp meds daily ...u will be alright my echo test is also ok...like no valve issues......will my lvh reverse back to normal? How much time ?plz answer

Does lvh cause chest pain?
My understanding is lvh does not cause chest pain BUT IT CAN CONTRIBUTE to other heart issues which wil cause chest pain

I read it takes 3 years of reg blood pressure and getting consistently healthy for your lvh to reduce. I have lvh
@@donblade5405 that means regression is possible with telmisartan drug....2-3 years max 👍
