The Hindu Rope Hoya is a wonderful companion to any indoor collection of low to moderate light houseplants. The curled and twisted leaves are dappled in white, pink and green as they hug the trailing stems. Clusters of light-pink flowers arise from spring to fall, carrying a delicious mocha-scent. This popular houseplant is easy to grow, and is perfect for hanging pots.

Surprised he doesn't use any rooting hormone, or let the stem dry for a a couple of days before sticking it into the dirt. Would also have loved to hear tips on how to get this plant to flower for us! Maybe someone reading this comment will be able to chime in and share for the greater benefit. :-)

mealy bugs LOVE hoyas. i lost my hoya linearis because of how aggressive the bugs are! and i managed to contain it.
Nice video! Does it like to b kept dry or humid? Our hindu rope plants here in the philippines tend to shrivel.
They tolerate low levels of humidity without harm.

TY for this video. I have had my Hindu Rope for about 5 yrs. She is doing great .... however she has not flowered for me...please tell me that we are still on track...meaning.. hopefully... that I have not ruined her . She is very dark green and lovely . Help❤️
I have an extremely old Hoyas Hindu Rope plant. How can I reduce the overall size of the plant? Or do I embrace it and hang it on something very strong?
Thanks so much for sharing. My plant is an adult with hanging vines around 6-10 inches. Some of the leaves turn a reddish/pink. Do you know what this means?
