Thank you! I'm pretty handy and mechanically inclined, but I would have NEVER figured out the clips to lower the glove box or the requisite step to put the HVAC into re-circ to expose the filter. 5 minute cabin filter change (and didn't even get my hands dirty!) to save $150 over the dealer-recommended service. This video is the only one that I have found that works for the 2018 Supercharged LR5 (Might want to add it to the title). Totally different mechanism than the other Discovery models. Thanks!!!
Wow. So easy! Thanks for the quick video. A mechanic quoted me $75 to install this same Mahle filter (that I was providing.). I knew it wasn’t worth that much, but had no idea it was literally a 60 second install.

Hi! So.. before I watched your video, I watched a different video that didn't show turning car on and pressing the recirculation button on before starting.. That being said, I broke the flap, I heard a snap and the flap now doesn't open or close. What is that part called? Are there any videos that show how to fix it? Or do I have to take it to a mechanic?
The dealership here in the states wanted $350 to replace just my cabin filter and this is why I tried to replace it myself. I have a 2018 Land Rover Discovery. I wish I saw your video first!

Where is the ambient sensor located on the 2014 L405 supercharged 5.0L?
I just bought a used RR Sport L494 this week and it has been misting up on windscreen so I thought I would replace the cabin pollen filter. I watched your video carefully and followed the instructions but someone must have previously forced open the grey hood cover as it does not open or close when pressing the recirc button. The grey hood is very loose. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to fix this?

Hey Alex! Question for you, I changed my air filter in my 2015 Range Rover sport supercharged V-8 and I am now losing throttle response and my check engine light is on. I triple checked to make sure the intake was connected and everything looks connected. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

What year is the car in the video? The air in my 2017 Range Rover is definitely blowing up - the fan is right beneath the filter.
