    I was stationed in Germany in the late 80's (87-89). In 1988, I watched a T-33 from the RCAF fly over the flightline while I was posted at one of the flightline gates. What a sight.

      William Hudson from 2:08 you can see it deflate before he starts taxiing. So I guess during preflight inspection it was inflated but there must have been a leak

    I had the opportunity to be in front of this T-37 when it started at one of the shows in Waukegan. Good heavens, I wasn't expecting that much high frequency sound! Those engines might be small, but they can certainly damage your hearing!

    • @onefstsnake
      @onefstsnake 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      A lot of ground crew had high frequency hearing loss from these engines. Fun fact, the C-141 used a T-37 engine for their APU.

    Cool how you can hear the vibration or pulse in the soundwave caused by the differential in frequency between the two engines. Does anyone know if this is uncomfortable for the pilots or if they use this phenomena to more closely sync their engine outputs?
