This is very helpful but I have one question. On the low (right) side where the two door frames meet in the corner, how did you align the top trim for the door you're adjusting with the top trim for the door next to it? It looks like you would need to lower the right (low) side about 3/8" to leave the same reveal on the top board you added. I have the same configuration but my doors don't have the corner blocks so it would be obvious if the top horizontal trim pieces on both doors don't align. I think I would have to lower the trim on the adjacent door as well.
If you can crawl underneath the house and make sure that the floor joists aren’t broken or rotted…if they are you will need to jack up the house and replace them…if they aren’t then they might be sagging and need adjusting and reinforced

I have the same problem in my main entrance but the floor is slanted as well . Any tips you may suggest?
