      I think it's also about timing.. i booked a flat in the same project when it had barely started.. i couldn't have afforded it today.. so..if you're middle class service person like me, invest at the right time i guess..

      Sorry to say sir, but it’s not Unreasonable Pricing.
      Expressway sector’s are low density sectors and less of traffic jam due to very wide roads infrastructure. Expressway is one of the most premium and also in most demanding residential areas.

      @@fortune09_estates sir itna hi demanding hai to average inventory sold hone ka time 60+ month kyu hai ncr khaaskar noida me? This place is far away from every destination in ncr ...there is no public transport available except metro wo bhi aqua line hai jaha frequency bhi kam hai aur blue se connectivity ka problem hai sector 52 k pass. To travel one has to have his/her own vehicle. Kya justification hai price escalation of 30-40% in just one year after covid? Loot hai bhaisahab!! Builder lobby ko we know inside out. Ek lobby agar buyers ki bhi hoti to ye manmaane prices laga na pate builders
