Due to a health scare in 2017, we decided to start enjoying life more outside our business. We bought a Lodge on the east coast of England and started vlogging our daily adventures

Your folks are nearly 4 years older than the last Florida trip. Tis may not seem a lot but when you get into your late 60's and early 70's it is. You just want to go slow and relax.

The dang cars lined up the airport are folks who don’t want to go to the cell phone lot. MCO cell phone lots are very inconvenient… so folks line up on the roa waiting for the call from their arriving family or friends.
Fab vlog. We love Epcot too. Love going around the World showcase. You guys are so funny. ❤

Beginning to think our next visit - we may opt to fly into Melbourne. I like the closeness of MCO. But it also can add a lot of stress to start and end of the holiday. Build in the potential of very lengthy customs / bag collection and Monorail transfer & car collection. Melbourne might be another 30-40 minutes drive on top, but it looks more 😎 relaxed.
sad too see your family leave but at least you had a good time with them making memories forever.seeing Epcot made me really excited for our upcoming trip at the end of September.hope you are both well guys 👍

I have those small world nutcrackers. They come out every Christmas, marching and playing away. There is a wind up lever on the bottom and it does indeed play the small world song while the little guys march and play the drums.
We LOVED the sweet corn at the Florida Fresh food booth in EPCOT!! Best food at the festival!

Nick, my favorite part of vacation is always resort hopping, walking around the grounds, grab a coffee or cocktail, and just relax as well You guys have to try the Riviera Resort . its very relaxing there and they have the best breakfast and desserts :) .

Loved the blogs with the family, so much fun and laughs. I also have to say ( don't hate me!) so much better with out the parks. so repetative, Iv'e been to Disney 200+ times ( air crew) last year went back and didn't like it... rude staff, rides not working, expensive food .. But seeing so much of Florida is really great, Please guys more

It is lovely that you were so sad to see your family go. I have been very impressed at the love and care you have shown. It speaks a lot to a person's character how they treat those who have lived a long life. You will never regret all the acts of kindness and fun times you have given these sweet people.
I got a pearl from the oyster in 2017 and had it made into a ring really nice piece of jewelry, can't wait to go again soon.i am doing Mexico again in November then Hawaii then Disney again I love watching your vlogs
That was the 1st food we bought at epcot, yorkshire fish & chips we sat it the garden, & the birds was trying to get our food 👌 yes lovely fish & chips

You guys are so thoughtful arranging things that you may have done several times but wanted your folks to do. Now it was time for you to do your things on your to do list. Edit: Yrs ago, my husband was running late for a flight, so he did the hanger thing. He still does it to this day. I've done it a couple of times, and it is easier that way.
Nick prefers the hanger way, Im still a fan of packing cubes
At Universal Orlando, the Cabana Bay Resort had outside fire pits to sit around, its very nice.
At MCO, those cars with flashers on were likely people waiting on arrivals. They do it all the time instead of waiting in the cell phone lot.

The flowers that are planted around the water in EPCOT are called ”the flower quilt”. 🌷☺️
I had those fish and chips in Epcot. Mind you it was a while ago as I got them on the meal plan. Bizarrely it came with 3 satsumas .
On going home day we are liked Nick and just like to get going that's why we always try to get on the first flight back. We have really enjoyed the vlogs with the family

We always have fish and chips at Epcot…it’s so good. The first time was when it was Harry Ramsden back in 2003… Loved the vlog…I always feel awful the day we fly home 😔
Deja vu. I literally left something in my rental car at that airport and had to run back , too!! 😊. Love the vlog!!
We stayed in this hotel which was a Ramada about 30 years ago.We recognise the slide and the bar.
The 1st year we went to florida, we had such a bad experience, i was ready to go home, when we went with tui but was stanford airport back then, our last day we had a lay in & just packing cases, as are tranfer bus picked us up around 2ish, but our flight wasnt till 6pm,
Heard you mentioned wanting to stay in Cocoa Beach sometime. Check out Ocean Landing Resort. not the greatest, not the worst. Very decent price, especially if you go in the off season.

The cars on the sides of the road near the airport are Uber drivers who didn’t want to wait in the Uber lot for their rides.
My fav ride in paris is crushers , 1st time on we wasnt expecting the darkness, daughter nearly dead with the shock 🙈🙈🙈🙈😂😂
I only use Alamo now, I don’t trust Avis at all after my mum n dad got crashed into but we always use the kiosks at MCO and never visit the counter, the cars at side of the interstate as you pull off for MCO are waiting for arrivals to avoid paying parking fees or circling the airport 😂
I think its funny that as adults we pay $31 for a charcuterie platter when as a kid you could buy packaged ":Lunchables" for about $4! Lunchables were the original Charcuterie platter. LOL
I'm in Croatia sharing a bathroom with my two teenage boys- I'm very ready for home! 🤣X
I've just booked our car direct through Alamo for August 2 weeks . Loads cheaper than that Andy car hire place.
Kodak did our wedding photos back in 2006 .

Next Florida trip check out our community of Viera, Florida. We take the 192 home because we love the quiet farm views through St. Cloud. We love the Holiday Inn Disney Springs for our staycations. We love the short walk to Disney Springs. How long did you visit this trip?
I'm guessing the cars parked near the airport are just waiting for people to arrive so they can pick them up. Some airports don't have parking lots to wait for arrivals.

This really was an epic vlog! As usual, a lot of it was about the food, which I don’t mind at all. I can certainly imagine how awkward it must’ve felt to have that first date going on right next to you. You don’t want to eavesdrop, but sometimes you can’t help it. Although this is probably an unpopular opinion, I never have cared at all for hot tubs. I don’t like getting that hot, and I’d rather be a little too cool, than too warm. So getting onto a ride mostly to take advantage of the air conditioning is something I can totally get behind.

I doubt we would ever move to the USA. It's too expensive and we like living in the UK and just travelling to other places. ❤️
Epcot is my favourite, if they can put world showcase at the paris disney, i wouldnt go to florida disney

I know exactly how you feel Leigh , I was getting emotional al with you . I remember a few years ago when we went to Florida with mum and dad and they were staying an extra week . I was sobbing my heart out at the airport when I said good bye , even though I would see them the following week.
Newer fans here from Canada! We love getting to watch your videos and see all the new places we can check out when we get back to Orlando. We just have to do it with three kiddos in tow. 😅 I also love watching the dynamic between you two! ❤
Pink, or warm colored pavement, reflects up onto the haman face making it look more normal and healthy compared to just cold, grey concrete.

We did the monorail pub crawl last year except al the bars were closed as we went early afternoon 😮on our 3 week trip in September we are going to attempt it again but after 4pm 😂 thus time we have stays booked at Margaritaville, Loews Portofino and Dolphin whilst our main stay is Sheraton Vistana Resort, Lake Buena Vista as we do this every year ❤ if you guys are around we’d like to say hi 👋 May see you in the Lava Lounge 😊
you get mozart Pumpkin spice over in the uk I got last year but i woud not get again Its not the best pumpkin spice taste

We booked for the dolphin a few years ago and then realised the shuttle buses were meres not Disney and they had very limited disabled access for the wheelchair. Had to switch hotels. Not sure what it’s like now mind you.
Always sad to see the family leave Florida and go back home.

Pretty sure I’ve just watched the video, in the same room as you two were stopping! Me and my wife have been stopping here for the past 2 weeks waiting to see what you think of the hotel. The pool bar is closed at the minute and they’ve put another hot tub where the sandy fire pits were in your video, but I agree you can’t go wrong with this hotel at all. We’re room 1319, is this the exact same as yours was?

We just book them for ourselves. If you ask on our Orlando Facebook group there are lots of travel agents on there who I'm sure would be happy to help you ♥️

Nick has his own travel agency he signed up for and did courses on. He only uses it for ourselves not as a business 👍

Never like the last day, as never know what to do and like you guys just want to get on with traveling home. Also have never said I want to go home I would stay longer than 2 weeks if I could afford to.
