I have never tried but in the highly unlikely event it might damage the magazine, feed ramp, extractor or maybe some thing else that could cause serious harm down the road. I highly recommend getting mags meant for it and if mags are too expensive trade it in towards something you have been eye balling in the shop.

no sorry, I think the glock 43 is slim line. Slim line design Glocks only work with slim line magazines.

Mike Teezy the magazines are interchangeable .357 sig and 40 cal have the same diameter. Just make sure you don't keep the mags loaded and mix the wrong caliber in the wrong gun, thats where the problem may come in.
Make sure you get a gen 4 mag you probably can get a glock 22 clear 50 round drum gen 4 to and put in then😍😍😍

+Ambrose Burks I don't know if they make a 50rd drum for the 40 cal. the 50rd is a 9mm. the "big stick mags" are 33rd in 9mm and 22rd in 40 cal. Im sure they make a drum but expect the round count to be alittle less than the 9mm drum.

CORONAKAIZOKU1 sorry but it would not, the diameters are the same but the 10 is longer, so it would not fit in a 40 and the 40 would slide around in the 10mm mag. but more importantly the 10mmis a hotter load so it would damage the gun and maybe people around. a 10 mm is not as thick as a 45, I don't see why you would want to gut out the magazine instead of buying a magazine for that caliber but if someone want to tinker and possibly damage or end up in the hospital its up to them.

+ptrickuno the G17 mag will work on any glock 9mm. if it is a sub compact or compact it will stick out at the bottom alittle but will work. you could even use the 33rd mag for any glock 9mm

Hi do you know the difference between the glock 17rd mags part numbers: MF17017 and MF17117?
they are basically the same magazine. I believe the MF17117 is the gen4 mag and the MF17017 is the old gen3 however some websites may not update the MF# because one replace the other same price, same capacity, same look, all the same exept an extra cut out to make it reversable and a mag base with no part# m second guess would be one is for the glock 17 and one is for the Glock 34 but agian they are the same magazine.
I know you cover that the g26 mag won't fit a g17 cause it's too small but what if I cut the handle to where I can put a g26 mag in the g17
Personally I would not cut the grip down. I would not do it myself, you would need to get the angle just right or the rounds may not feed right and magazine bar/spring may be larger than in a g26 so it may or may not work an addition it would also this completely ruin the trade/resale value if you ever wanted something else. I would sell the g26 magazines for g17 mags that would fit in a g17,19 or g26 and holds more rounds

Dom b the caliber of the magazine would be the same as the conversion barrel that use using. So if the conversion is a 9mm barrel in the 40 cal frame you use the 33rd 9mm magazine. If its a 40 caliber barrel in a 9mm frame you use the 22rd .40 caliber magazine.

you would most likely damage the magazine or the gun in doing so, there are extensions for glock magazines, I would look into buying a 22rd 40 caliber magazine and then removing the bottom +2 base for a glock store +6 base www.glockstore.com/Plus-6-magazine-extension-for-Glock this will get you up to 26rds and you could put the +2 base on another magazine.

It's an honest question because I always hear that Glock magazines are interchangeable but I have never heard if this is the case or not regarding to other calibers. I would imagine it wouldn't because of other internal parts, but it would be nice to actually know without having to purchase them myself.

+Tredrick Esaw Glock was made their magazines to be interchangeable. Taurus did not do the same. you will need to see if there are 30rd magazines made specifically for the Taurus pt 840.

Ok I know I might sound stupid it's my 1st time ow ing a glock. And I have a glock 19 gen 4. But here's my main question to get to the point. I have a 40mm mag and I tryed it on my g19 9mm and it fits. So I'm guessing the 40mm mag is capatable with my g19 gen 4
No the body is the same side but the feed lips will not work. The 9mm feed lips are too small to even load with a 40 cal. Even if you did it would not be safe if you somehow got it to fit

I'm not sure, the 43 newer model. I know is a single stack so it could be like the .45 slimline design that only takes that one slimline magazine OR it could be like the 10 single stack magazine. I would go to a gun shop and act like your interested in buying a 43 then ask them if you can try a G17 or 19 magazine. there will be some in the case to try I'm sure.

With the Kel Tec 2000 Gen 2 Glock 19 Version, it says "Accepts all 15 round Glock Model 19 mags as well as any Glock 9mm mag of higher capacity" So why doesn't the Glock 19 take all mags also?
the magazine well on the G19 is shorter than the G17 so the G19 mag does not reach the magazine catch in a G17

the glock 43 is "the new thing" I would recommend trading it in for something you do want. I'm sure you can get more that $160 if you trade it in towards a Glock 17, Glock 19 or Glock 26. all these will accept 33rd 9mm Glock magazines

Only 40 cal and 357 sig are interchangeable with each other. 9mm magazine will ONLY work with a 9mm Glock. 40 caliber magazine will only work with a 40 caliber Glock. A full size magazine will fit onto a full size, compact or subcompact Glock. A compact magazine will fit in a compact or subcompact Glock. A subcompact will only fir in a subcompact Glock. A glock magazine works in smaller but not larger gun design. there is a break down in the description bar

'm not sure what you mean by slug, if you mean a solid full metal jacket like Luger yes it will work on hollow point or just about any other load you would shoot out of a standard glock 40 cal or 357 sig

a 10mm is a 40 caliber but the 10mm is longer than the 40 S&W. think of it as a .380auto same diameter as a 9mm but the 9mm is longer or 9mm same diameter as a 38 but the .38 is longer than the 9mm. I imagine the 40 cal 22rd magazine would be too short for the longer 10mm. The best you could do is PEARCE grip +2 extension or ARREDONDO +5 extended base pad If you really want you can get a KRISS VECTOR magazine extension that will get you up to 32 round but it takes some modification. look up the process on youtube. There is a guy that sells does the conversion with the Kriss vector magazines and sells them buy you will have to contact him for the details and price alabamaarsenal@gmail.com what ever you plan to do, I would do it before the election.
