great to watch this as a tunisian living in europe. you show a beautiful image of Tunisia with its traditions and we needed that. Also the daughter of Zallez shop is my friend she can get you more mille feuille for free haha

I’m absolutely used to your vlogs in our country, maybe you should continue your life in Tunisia, you are likable and get used to people quickly😊 A Tunisan passed by.
One of the best vlogs I've seen this week wallahi/I swear 😂 Big love and respect from Yemen and Saudi Arabia Happy wedding my Tunisian Habibis and habibtis ♥️🌹🌹
This tradition "hadeya" varies from a place to another in Tunisia ; for example in my country "Korba" (in Nabeul) there is no such tradition at all , whereas in other places such as Siliana (my husband's city) this tradition still exists; they call it "keswa" but when his family bring it to our house it didn't include food ; They were baskets of clothes, shoes, bags and makeup. They brought them to me from France (where his sisters work) It was very kind and generous from them . Thank God.
It so cool seeing an American in my hometown binzart but Yassine did not take to other good places there so tell him to take u to (le Kai) (corniche) (madina arbi) you’ll enjoy it I promise and welcome to my town ❤
The equivalent of the 1000 feuilles in the US is the Napoleon cake. It’s puff Pasteur and custard cream. 😋 I love how you greeted all the gift givers 😂
Hello :) From Sfax, Just asking and btw great content! What has brought you to Tunisia? Like what has caught your attention? Mhm what are your initial thoughts about the culture and people after frequenting the country and tunisians? Lastly from your perspective, how would you compare living in the US to here in Tunisia? Your tunisian accent is top notch haha👌 and I’m really pleased with the content you provide, Enjoy yourself :)
it's chowar which means gifts ,it's very old tradition the groom gifts the brides various items they look simple but in the past people were very poor , it's separate from the dowry in general , the dowry in islam is mandatory and must be given to the bride and not the family or father
@@20CamelsEmily ah haha looks like u're stuck there then, trust me though I spent some time in Dubai and I can tell you that Tunisia is way better in terms of nature, food and people plus everything is cheap which u already know

I’ve been following your content for a while and sharing it with my community in China, especially since it’s been really useful in explaining Tunisian traditions and culture. Your videos have saved me a lot of time when it comes to answering questions about my country. That said, I just watched your latest video, and I have to be honest-it really put me off. Your friend in the video came across as incredibly fake, and it made the whole thing hard to watch. His attitude felt so forced that I couldn’t even focus on the actual content. It’s disappointing because I follow your channel for genuine insights, not someone pretending to be cool or relatable. On top of that, it’s ironic how most of the views and comments seem to be from Tunisians. It’s almost as if we’re watching our own culture from an outsider’s lens, which feels off when it’s presented this way in English. I’ve appreciated your work up until now, but with stuff like this, I think it’s time for me to step away.
11:50 Wait ! When you said "3slamah" means goodbye and "salam" means Hello/ welcome that's why your friend said you went a bit away of a rhythm 😂😂😭 Edit: I'm not sure I'm not Tunisian you need to ask them I think
Thank you for showing our beautiful Tunisia and our traditions! I wish All the best ❤️
Your not out of the rhythm, you just got your own and it's beautiful. I never thought that my Tunisian language sounds this good
