- Welcome back, welcome back! Another weekly. We start off the weekend with a trip to have lunch at M&S and you guessed it, another trip to the dump! Ha! We wanted to go and see a band on Sunday but there was nowhere to park so we ended up at a pub playing Uno instead. I had my first ever spray tan ready for the wedding and also had to try and sort out my outfit, which I show you at the end of the vlog. I went out on Wednesday with Mum and Dad and we ended up in a Harry Potter café! There are lots of chats, as you know I love to chat to you all! I also show you a couple of our meals that week incase you want some inspo. Subscribe, like and share. Enjoy and see you next time.

The temperature affects chronic pain so much I think this is the reason many retire abroad with arthritis etc. The weather this year here’s been blinking awful. 😞 Love watching your blogs Nikki. Keep them coming ❤🙏🏼 X

Wedding 💐 your outfit looks lovely 💜💜💜 I have fibromyalgia as well and definitely have the same attacks with my hands. I notice iit more prevalent when the seasons are changing. So flipping painful 😭 when it happens I put some arthritis gloves on. They seem to help. Enjoy the wedding 💕
I find those gloves are not tight enough for me though. Hopefully the weather will improve soon. 🤞😊

Just catching up as usual with your brilliant Vlogs, and I have to say you look beautiful Nicola I absolutely love your dress and the colour find brilliant work on the added part of the dress you did.. I love seeing your parents on your vlogs to, and yes I get the same as you soon as the weather changes the pains go through the roof hands stiff and swollen not able to touch or use them that much aching and feeling totally exhausted, and I've noticed if I don't drink enough water it's even worse babe,
Also I want to wish you a happy belated birthday Nicky and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the wedding vlog

I do feel for you. Try to do as much meditation as possible. Just take a few minutes every day you can even try my ones I have on here 😘

Hi Nic I wanted to ask you what Walking stick you use, like you have real trouble with weakness and pain in my wrists and hands and I can’t use a normal walking stick as find it too painful to lean on ..I’ve asked my physio to refer me to OT but thought you having similar issues with you hand pain might be able to recommend a good type thanks..
Ps I’m so glad I’ve found your ad vlogs look I literally don’t know anyone else with ME or fibromyalgia wish there were more support groups there’s none in my area x

Hello! Yes of course, I use a walking stick from a company called cool crutches. They make crutches and walking sticks. I have one made for my left hand and one for my right so each day I can judge which is the best hand to use. I also wear hand and wrist supports which help I just get those from Amazon. Glad you found me! 😊❤️
